Metroid Prime 4: What We Know So Far & What’s To Come

by admin

written by admin

What We Know

a104

Nintendo has not given us much to go on for Metroid Prime 4, but we do know it is on it’s way.

Metroid Prime 4 has been in the development stage for a long time. This may lead you to believe that it’s launching soon, but unfortunately, you may have to change those expectations. Metroid Prime 4’s long development phase is partly due to retooling. On January 25, 2019, the game’s producer, Shinya Takahashi, explained that the original studio developing Metroid Prime 4 didn’t deliver a satisfactory product. This lead to the game having to restart development from scratch under Retro Studios.

This is positive news for longtime fans, since Retro Studios developed the first three Metroid Prime games. But, it’s also bad news, since this means that a game with at least three years of development time had to restart.

a107

Where Does This Put The Release Date?

Well, that’s a tough question. The previous release dates don’t help out much. At times, they’ve gone 8 years without a new game and at times they’ve released 2 games in one year.

If they started development on Metroid Prime 4 in 2017 and Nintendo ended it in 2020, we can assume the company ideally had a 3 year development-time planned. This leads us to believe the game may be done being developed in 2023, potentially 2024.

In short, the game is a way’s out. But, at the end of the day, we can appreciate Nintendo for pulling the plug on games that don’t meet their expectations.

There are game play trailers and screenshots that were released, but after Nintendo pulled the plug on the development of the game, the game will be drastically different than the game play shown below.

Hopefully we will see some more news soon!

EA Is Bringing 7 Games To The Switch In The Next Year

The 7 New EA Games Coming To The Switch

aab

During EA’s Play media presentation last week, Electronic Arts exposed it’s  support for Nintendo Switch. This is probably due to fans asking Electronic Arts for more games on the Nintendo Switch for the past 3 years.

“You can expect seven new games coming to Switch [from EA] in the next 12 months,” Respawn social media boss Alex Ackerman said. “[That includes] Burnout Paradise coming June 19th and Apex Legends later this year.”

On top of Apex Legends and Burnout, EA announced that Lost In Random and FIFA 21 are both also making their way to the Switch.

One of the games is an EA Original. This one is from Velan Studios, who EA signed a deal with last year. Velan was produced during EA Play. It was part of a teaser for publishing efforts.

Then EA is going back to remaster a racing game. As a followup to Burnout Paradise Remastered, they are also going to update Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit. Similar to Burnout, that game will also arrive on the Switch, in addition to other consoles and PC.

Finally, EA is going to port its Plants vs. Zombies games to the Nintendo Switch. Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville will hit the shelves and Nintendo system at some point in the next year.

In Conclusion, here are the seven EA games launching on the Nintendo Switch this year:

  • Burnout Paradise
  • Apex Legends
  • FIFA 21
  • Plants vs. Zombies Battle for Neighborville
  • Lost In Random
  • Velan Studios game
  • Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit

Apex Legends Is Coming To The Switch With Crossplay!

by admin

written by admin

Huge news was just dropped by Respawn about its free-play Battle Royale shooter, Apex Legends. It was announced during EA’s livestream that Apex Legends Crossplay is upon us in the near future!

Apex Legends Crossplay

The Released News:

  • Apex is making it’s debut on the Nintendo Switch this fall. Until now, playing Apex entitled sitting in front of a TV or monitor for hours. This will bring a new twist and create mobility anywhere you want to go!

  • Another Twist: They are launching cross-play for Apex this fall as well! In the past and even now, playing on Xbox meant playing solely with other Xbox players. This is fun and do-able, but what if your best friend has a PS4? That sucks, then go buy an Xbox. Not anymore! Once they release cross-play, Xbox, PC, PS4 and Switch players will be all be able to play the same game on the same servers. Specifics on how they plan to do this is still up in the air, but the good news is, we will get it soon!
  • Previously, Apex was only available to PC players by EA’s Origins store. Soon enough, Apex will be making its way to Steam.

They also released a first look at an upcoming event they’re titling “Lost Treasures Collection”. Releasing June 23rd, it will bring brand new skins, a seasonal new game mode and new in-game locations to the pot.

Along with those updates about what’s to come in the next few months, Respawn also offered a sneak peek at the next collection event, ‘Lost Treasures’, which begins June 23rd. It includes a new spin on a previous limited-time mode. The big twist: there won’t be any re spawn beacons on the map. You’ll actually have a mobile one in your inventory you can use once time per match to bring back your teammate(s). How exciting! Check out the trailer below.

What Is Apex Legends?

For those who have never played, Apex is a Battle Royale game, similar to Fortnite or PUBG. The main difference is Apex is a first person shooter instead of  a third person shooter. It also does not have Fortnite’s popular ‘building’ system. You team up with one or two other players. Each of you pick from an increasing list of “Legends”, each with their own unique abilities. You then battle it out until only one team stands, similar to Fortnite or PUBG.

It’s fast-paced, hectic and fun. And the best part: it’s free! Similar to other games in this genre, Respawn earns their money on characters and skins, in-game currency and a premium ‘Battle Pass’ system that allows you to unlock special items.

Animal Crossing Flower Breeding: A Complete Guide To Every Flower

by admin

written by admin

Animal Crossing Flower Breeding: A Complete Guide To Every Flower

In our complete Animal Crossing Flower Breeding Guide, we’re going to go through how to get flower seeds, what patterns to plant them in to spawn more flowers, how to cross breed them to get unique colors and more!

Animal Crossing Flower Breeding

What Kind Of Flowers Can I Get?

In Animal Crossing flower breeding is fun, since there are 8 unique types of flowers you can that you can either find on your island or plant on your island.

  • Windflowers
  • Tulips
  • Mums
  • Roses
  • Pansies
  • Lillies
  • Hyacinths

Where Can I Get Flowers?

When you first begin your adventure on your island, you will have limited ways to obtain flowers or seeds. You will have one specific flower that is native to your island, which will grow on cliffs and elevations.

You can’t access higher elevations until Tom Nook gives you the DIY recipe for a ladder when you start to furnish homes for soon-to-be villagers.

You will also find flowers growing on Mystery Islands. Mystery Islands can be accessed using your Nook Miles you earn doing different tasks around your island.

Typically, you will only find the same flowers native to your island or the ones sold on your island on Mystery Islands. But, you may get lucky and come across a rare island with special flowers.

ladder

Once you get the DIY ladder recipe, you can climb up the cliffs and dig up the flowers to plant in other parts of the island. Make sure you dig up the flowers with a shovel. If you pick up the flowers with your hand, it will only give you the actual flower and not the plant itself.

Where Can I Get Seeds?

If you want new types of flowers on your island, you can buy seeds from Tommy and Timmy to plant. You can plant seeds almost anywhere on your island, besides where a building is or near the ocean.

Seeds will grow in a few days after they are planted. The more your island grows (and Timmy and Tommy’s store grows), the more selection of flowers and colors you will have.

  • Timmy in the Resident Services Tent: 3 Different Seeds, 3 Kinds Of Flowers – 1 Color For Each Flower
  • Nook’s Cranny Store: 6 Different Seeds, 3 Kinds Of Flowers – 2 Colors For Each Flower
  • Nook’s Cranny Store (Remodeled): 9 Different Seeds, 3 Kinds Of Flowers – 3 Colors For Each Flowers

acnh 2

If you have other friends that play ACNH, you can also visit their island to see if there are seeds sold in Nook’s Cranny that are not sold on your island. Your friends may even have a native flower you do not have yet. If you’re lucky, they may let you snag a few to take home!

Once you plant your seeds or flowers, you can sprout new flowers by watering them with a Watering Can. You can check on them once a day and you may have a new flower sprouted on any side of your original flower. Keep in mind if you only plant one flower, the new one will be the same color as the original.

“But I want new colors!”. Don’t worry, that’s our next topic. After all, this is a complete Animal Crossing Flower Breeding Guide!

How Can I Get Rare Colors?

Even though each flower type only has 3 basic colors, you can plant different colors of the same plant species and water them to create rare colors. How exciting! These rare colors cannot be bought or obtained any other way, unless they are gifted by a friend.

When a flower is watered, it can grow a new plant anywhere near it within a 5×5 grid area. This is a large area, so you may want to focus on breeding 1 specific color within this grid if you’re looking for a certain colored result. If a flower of the same species, but another color, is planted nearby, they can breed and create a new color. An example of the planting pattern is pictured below.

acnh 3

Creating A Planting Grid

This is considered to be the “most effective” breeding pattern. When you’re wanting new plants to sprout, always leave room for them to grow. If you plant all the plants directly on top of each other, there will be no more for any more to grow.

When planting your first row, try to skip every other space. When you start your second row below that one, plant the next ones directly underneath the spaces you just skipped above. Then on your third row, plant in the same pattern you planted the first row. Follow this same pattern for as many rows as you plant.

This creates an effective, organized pattern to optimize space on your island, but it leaves plenty of room for new flowers to grow.

I highly recommend using fencing for the areas you designate for flower breeding. It helps set a perimeter for you to follow and keep track of what flowers go in what area so you don’t get confused.

Just keep in mind that wherever you place fencing or other items, flowers can’t grow there. But, it creates a beautiful garden and helps you stay organized!

Once you have created your grid for your flowers (it can be anywhere from 2×2 to 5×5), you have an extremely important step!

Be sure to water your plants with your watering can! I would personally recommend watering them the second you are done creating your grid each time. After that, water your plants every day. Of course when it rains, it does water your flowers and you can skip that day.

Animal Crossing Flower Breeding

Hybrid Flower Growing Times

There is no set time when or if a hybrid flower will grow. I’ve had a hybrid flower grow the day after I planted them (pink roses). I’ve also had hybrid flowers take 2 weeks to bloom (blue Hyacinths). If you check back on your flowers and an unwanted color has sprouted, simply dig up the unwanted flower. It still has a very high chance of sprouting a hybrid color in the same exact spot. In Animal Crossing flower breeding is a luck of the draw, so don’t fret!

Just remember there seems to be a certain percentage of hybrid colors sprouting. There’s no rhyme or rhythm to it besides planting the designated colors needed to cross-breed. Just pure luck!

Hybrid Flower Color Breeding Charts

acnh 5

I’ve listed below all 8 types of flowers and the combinations you can put together to produce rare colors. Keep in mind once again that some hybrid colors are more rare than others.

This means it may take you multiple tries with the same combinations to get the color you are looking for. But it’s worth all the work!

How To Get Gold Roses & Lilies Of The Valley

gold

Gold Roses are one of the rarest flowers you can get in ACNH.

Once you get a 5 star evaluation on your island from Isabelle, she will give you a DIY recipe for a Golden Watering Can. This recipe involves gold nuggets, so make sure you save them up! Sadly, these watering cans also break.

Once you use the above chart to breed Black Roses, you can plant them in a grid and water them with the Golden Watering Can. This will give you a chance to sprout Golden Roses! If you pluck them, you can use them for special DIY recipes.

Lilies Of The Valley

lily 2

The Lily Of The Valley is a very rare flower in Animal Crossing. It cannot be purchased or bred. The flower only makes an appearance once your island reaches a 5 star island evaluation.

The longer your island remains at a 5 star rating, the more Lily Of The Valley’s will grow along your cliffs and elevations!

The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

The Best Switch Co-Op Games: Play With Friends & Family

The Nintendo Switch is the perfect console to challenge your friends and family to a friendly duel on. Nintendo has given us many co-op games, but today, we’re focused on the best Switch co-op games. Depending on what game you choose, you can play co-op online, locally or in person.

With online play, you play on online servers with dozens of other players. Local play consists of using WiFi to connect to other Nintendo Switches near you. Of course, in person play is feuding with your family members and friends over who gets to play first.

Nintendo has given us numerous co-op game options, so we’re going to dive into the best co-op Switch games for you to share with your friends and family!

Super Mario Party

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Super Mario Party had a rough start, but Nintendo did a great job on this one. Test your skills with your teammates in over 80 mini-games and see how you match up against other teams with online Mariothon. (Yes, they made their own name for marathons).

Choose from games like pedaling bikes, battling tanks, flipping meat and more. Super Mario Party has free-for-all’s, 2 vs 2’s and 1 vs 3’s. So, be careful. You may be working together one moment, but choose to go against each other and someone may end up rage quitting.

Super Mario Party is a great co-op game, but you will need a controller for each person if you want to play together, which can get expensive.

Luigi’s Mansion 3

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Luigi’s Mansion 3 was so popular, Nintendo revealed that they actually didn’t develop it! This came as a shock to fans since Luigi’s Mansion 3 has all the elements you typically see in a Nintendo game.

In Luigi’s Mansion 3, Luigi is invited to the Last Resort Hotel! But, WHERE did Mario and all the others go? Luigi will have to face his fears to save his dear friends from the not-so-friendly things inside! Catch ghosts, solve puzzles and push through the madness to rescue your friends.

With co-op, your teammate plays as Gooigi, WHO CAN WALK ON SPIKES, go through tight spaces and help Luigi face the fearsome monsters!

Overcooked 2

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Overcooked 2 is one of those games. It’s chaotic, high-stress and sadly, a lot of fun. You’re forced to cook in some of the strangest and most ridiculous situations possible. If you don’t participate in a screaming match at some point while playing this game, consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

This game is designed to induce stress and overall put you in a state of confusion mid-game. At some point, you’ll be falling from a hot air balloon, racing against the clock and possibly sleeping in the living room afterwards. But, I promise it is a lot of fun. This is hands down one of the best Switch co-op games.

Cuphead

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Cuphead is by far one of the most challenging, yet rewarding, games on the Nintendo Switch to this day.

This side-scrolling game allows two players to take on the challenge as Mugman and Cuphead: two characters who are trying to pay off their debt to the devil. Yes, THE Devil. Cuphead is known for it’s rigorous tutorial and overall tough game play. But if you can get past that, it’s a very graphically inclined game that sucks you in and takes a new approach to gaming.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Best Switch Co-Op Games, The Best Switch Co-Op Games: The Top-Rated Games To Play With Friends

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is just an all-around great game. The graphics are splendid and the game play is fun. There’s two main game-play options: Battle Mode, where you battle it out on teams to pop balloons and Racing Mode, where it’s every man (and woman) for themselves to win the race.

Of course, you have the chance to unlock numerous karts, tires, characters and gliders. In my opinion, it’s one of the best games for family-friendly fun. But, just because it’s family-friendly doesn’t mean the tension won’t arise. Now its time you make your friends and family eat your bananas!

Type

Dragon

Goomy is a Pokemon Shield exclusive. This friendly pocket monster evolves into Sliggoo, then Goodra. You can find this Pokemon at the Lake of Outrage while it is raining. If it is raining, you have a 2% chance to encounter it. You can also find it from Max Raid Battles in Axew’s Eye and Rolling Fields. But, you’ll need a team to take it down with.

  • The Max IV Stats of Goomy are 45 HP, 50 Attack, 55 SP Attack, 35 Defense, 75 SP Defense and 40 Speed.

Goomy is weak against:

Goomy is strong against:

2. Feebas & Milotic

Type

Feebas

Feebas may be one of the ugliest Pokemon in the game, but that doesn’t mean it’s not highly sought after. Since Feebas evolves into the magnificent Milotic, you’re going to want to catch a few. Where can you get them from?

The only place to catch Feebas in the wild is on Route 2. Head down to Professor Magnolia’s house and while using any of the fishing spots around the lake here, you have a 1% chance to encounter Feebas.

Milotic

Milotic can be caught during a Max Raid, 5 star battle in both East and West Lake Axwell. Be careful, as you will only have 1 Max Raid you can find Milotic in, so be prepared. You can also find Milotic at the Lake of Outrage and South Lake Miloch during foggy weather. If it is foggy, you have a 2% chance to spot one.

For a very sneaky method of forcing a Milotic spawn, go to South Lake Miloch, then wait by the edge of the water next to the person at the end of the bridge. Pause the game and enter the Nintendo Switch system settings. Go into Date & Time, then set the date to 1/6/2020 (June 1, 2020). When you re-enter the game, the weather should have turned to Fog and a Milotic should spawn right in front of you.

How Can I Evolve Feebas?

To evolve Feebas, you must give Feebas the “Prism Scale” evolution item and trade it with another player locally or through the internet. It triggers the evolution during the trade. You can also level up Feebas after maxing out its beauty value to evolve (ex. Blue Scarf item or Berries to increase beauty).

  • How to get a Prism Scale: You can find it on Route 2, in the Lake to the left of Professor’s House (requires Water Bike). It’s a glittering item inside the Lake.
  • The Max IV Stats for Milotic are 95 HP, 79 Defense, 100 SP Attack, 60 Attack, 81 Speed and 125 SP Defense.

Feebas & Milotic are weak against:

Grass
Electric

Feebas & Milotic are strong against:

Steel
Fire
Water
Ice

3. Eevee Evolutions

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

In Pokemon Shield, you can catch Eevee’s and their evolution’s in the wild. While the chance of catching an Eevee is small, you can find them on Route 4. You will need to find quite a few evolution items and catch several Eevee’s to obtain all of the Eevee-lutions. That being said, you can catch all of the Eevee-lutions in the wild.

Want to guess where? That’s right, the Lake of Outrage in the Wild Area. Depending on the weather conditions, it’s very possible to find every single Eevee evolution wandering around on the ground in the Lake of Outrage. Check out the table to see what weather conditions are required for each evolution.

If you want to catch your own Eevee and evolve it, there are several places you can find evolution stones.

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

You can find evolution stones here and there along your trip, but the best way to get them is The Lake Of Outrage. Once you get your water upgrade on your rotom bike, head to the Lake Of Outrage. On the island, you will see pillars of stone (pictured above). Behind each stone, you can find:

  • Shiny Stone
  • Water Stone
  • Leaf Stone
  • Fire Stone
  • Moon Stone
  • Ice Stone
  • Thunder Stone
  • Dusk Stone
  • Dawn Stone
  • Sun Stone

If you want more than one of a certain stone, they do regenerate every few days. So make a trip back after a day or so and more will spawn in the exact same place. Here are the conditions to find each Eevee Evolution and their types.

  • Leafeon: Normal Weather

Grass

  • Espeon: Overcast Weather

Psychic

  • Vaporeon: Raining

Water

  • Jolteon: Thunderstorm/Lightning

Electric

  • Glaceon: Snowing/Snowstorm

Ice

  • Flareon: Intense Sunlight/Heat

Fire

  • Umbreon: Sandstorm

Dark

  • Sylveon: Foggy Weather

Fairy

4. Charizard

Type

Fire
Flying

A slightly unique entry to the list, Charmander can’t actually be caught in the wild at all. Despite being one of the first Pokemon you can get in Pokemon Yellow, Red and Blue, Charmander can’t be obtained in this game until the very end.

When you’ve become the Champion of Galar and done pretty much everything else there is to do in the game, head to Hop’s house on Route 1. Go to his bedroom upstairs and you’ll find Charmander on the left of you in a ball, by Leon. It will only be level five, though. Thankfully, due to the mandatory XP share being enabled, simply have it in your party during a few high-level fights and it’ll quickly level up. Your Charmander will have to be level 36 before it’ll evolve into Charizard. To get more Charmander, simply breed it with Ditto!

  • The Max IV Stats for Charizard are 78 HP, 84 Attack, 78 Defense, 109 SP Attack, 86 SP Defense and 100 Speed.

Charmander is weak against:

Water
Electric
Rock

Charmander is strong against:

Ground
Bug
Grass

5. Ditto

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Type

Normal

Ditto is another Pokemon that can only be found at the Lake of Outrage. Fortunately, Ditto is much more common than some other “rare” Pokemon. It has a 20% chance to spawn as an over-world encounter in any weather conditions.

If you want a non-over world encounter, you have a 2% chance of finding it in the tall grass at The Lake Of Outrage. Keep in mind, they are not visible so you may have to run around a little.

When you’ve caught a Ditto, make sure you head to the closest Pokemon Nursery to breed it with any other rare Pokemon to get more of them. This is the most effective way to farm more of the same Pokemon, especially if you’re searching for high IV percentages.

  • The Max IV Stats for Charizard are 48 HP, 48 Attack, 48 Defense, 48 SP Attack, 48 SP Defense and 48 Speed.

Ditto is weak against:

Fighting

Ditto is strong against:

Ghost

6. Rotom

Type

Electric
Ghost

First off, there are several versions of ‘Rotom’. They have their own unique features, but I’m just going to go over the standard Rotom since you can transform them into whatever you want later on.

Rotom can be found exclusively on the Lake of Outrage. Cross the lake and hope that there’s either a Thunderstorm or it’s Raining. These are the only two weather conditions you can find Rotom in. Even if these conditions are met, it has just a 2% chance of spawning. When one does appear and you’re close to it, it’ll start zig-zagging towards you.

Once you have caught a Rotom, make sure you collect the Rotom Catalogue. You can get this from a man in the first orange house across the bridge from the Wyndon Gym. Defeat his team of Rotoms in different forms and you’ll be able to transform your Rotom into whatever form you choose.

  • The Max IV Stats for Charizard are 50 HP, 50 Attack, 77 Defense, 95 SP Attack, 77 SP Defense and 91 Speed.

Rotom is weak against:

Ground
Ghost
Dark

Rotom is strong against:

Electric
Poison
Bug

7. Dreepy

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Type

Dragon

Dreepy is a somewhat legendary Dragon that first evolves into Drakloak.  Eventually Drakloak evolves into Dragapult. There’s a somewhat similar Pokemon in every generation – Larvitar, Dratini, etc. Dreepy can eventually become a top contender as one of the strongest Pokemon in the game.

To catch Dreepy, you’ll need to visit The Lake of Outrage region of the Wild Area. You can find Dreepy there if there is either Heavy Fog or Thunderstorm weather. Even if these conditions are met, it has just a 2% chance to spawn as an over-world encounter. If the weather is Overcast, you have a 1% chance to find Dreepy as a non-over world encounter.

  • The Max IV Stats for Dreepy are 28 HP, 60 Attack, 30 Defense, 40 SP Attack, 30 SP Defense and 82 Speed.

Dreepy is weak against:

Ice
Ghost
Dark
Dragon
Fairy

Dreepy is strong against:

Fire

Electric

8. Sinistea

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Type

Ghost

Sinistea is a very unique Pokemon. It has two forms and both can only be found in Glimwood Tangle. There’s a 10% chance of finding Sinistea’s ‘Phony’ Form in the wild. There’s only a 1% chance of finding the actual Antique Form in the wild.

Phony form? What’s that? Unfortunately, you can’t tell whether the Sinistea you’re battling is Antique or Phony until after you’ve caught it. When you do catch it, inspect the Pokemon in the Pokedex. Check to see whether it has a blue mark on the bottom. If it does, congratulations! That’s a symbol of authenticity. If it doesn’t have that, it is phony and you’ll have to catch more.

While both forms don’t have any real differences, when it comes to move sets and stats, you have to evolve them in different ways. A Phony Sinistea will only evolve into Polteageist with a Cracked Pot item; an Antique Sinistea requires a Chipped Pot.

  • The Max IV Stats for Sinistea are 40 HP, 45 Attack, 45 Defense, 74 SP Attack, 54 SP Defense and 50 Speed.

Sinistea is weak against:

Ghost
Dark

Sinistea is strong against:

Normal
Fighting
Poison
Bug

9. Null

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Type

Normal

Type: Null is an odd Pokemon. You can’t go out and catch it in the wild like you do most Pokemon in the game. Instead, you’re given it as a gift. You can only get Type: Null in Pokemon Sword and Shield from one specific place, though.

Basically, you can’t get Type: Null in Pokemon Shield until you’ve completed the whole game. Unfortunately, the Pokemon is gated behind completion of the main story.

Enter through the main door and take a left to find a woman stood with Type: Null in the open. Speak with her and she’ll give you Type: Null for free, just like that! Who’d have thought that you just need to become the strongest trainer in the world to get one of the most mysterious legendaries?

To get Type: Null, head to Wyndon. Once you’re there, go to the Battle Tower, which is where the Rose Tower used to be. Once you’re there, head inside and look to your left. There’s a girl with orange colored hair and a Type: Null pictured below.

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Talk to her and she will gift you a Type: Null!

How Can I Change Type: Null’s Type?

The same girl who gave you Null will also give you a set of memories. Each memory has the ability to change Null into a different type of Pokemon. You cannot switch these mid-battle, but you can before and after. Whichever memory you give Null to hold (electric, fairy, etc.) will make Null that type of Pokemon as long as it remains in his inventory.

You can evolve Null into Silvally, but you must level your friendship with that Pokemon up to 220 or higher.

  • The Base Stats for Type: Null are 95 HP, 95 Attack, 95 Defense, 95 SP Attack, 95 SP Defense and 59 Speed.

Null is weak against:

Fighting

Sinistea is strong against:

Ghost

10. Eiscue

Pokemon Shield Rare Pokemon, Pokemon Shield: Rare Pokmeon & How To Find Them All

Type

Ice

Eiscue is a Pokémon that a lot of people are wanting to add to their party when playing Shield. Its a special Pokemon due to it’s Ice Face ability. Unfortunately, this Pokémon is extremely rare and getting one in your party may be easier said than done.

Eiscue is a Shield exclusive Pokémon. Eiscue can be found either at the Lake of Outrage or on Route 10. On Route 10, it can be found in any weather with a 2% chance to spawn. At the Lake of Outrage, it has between a 2% and 4% spawn rate, depending on if it’s lightly snowing or a full-on snow storm.

  • The Max IV Stats for Eiscue are 75 HP, 80 Attack, 110 Defense, 65 SP Attack, 90 SP Defense and 50 Speed.

Eiscue is weak against:

Fighting
Rock
Steel
Fire

Eiscue is strong against:
