Jump Into an 80s Cartoon Game with Mythforce

Inspired by 80s cartoons, MythForce unites swords & sorcery with gripping 1st-person combat in a rogue-lite adventure fit for Saturday mornings. Brave the dungeon alone or team up with friends in co-op mode for four people!

Of course, what Saturday Morning cartoon is not complete with an opening title with a catchy theme song?:

The game will allow you to control four characters: Victoria the Knight, Rico the Rogue, Maggie the Mage, and Hawkins the Hunter. Together the team will go against the vampire lord Daedalus as they defend the realm of Eldryth.

Mythforce promises to be a first-person rogue-lite game which means players will be jumping into randomly generated levels where each challenge is a surprise. Of course, teaming up is essential to the game, and co-op mode allows you to connect with up to four players to take on the dungeons of Daedalus.

For anyone who enjoys the feel of 80s cartoons like He-Man, this should hit them right in the nostalgia. Hopefully, there is also some fun for people who did not grow up in the 80s. It would be a nice touch if each mission ended up with a friendly PSA from our heroes.

Early access for Mythforce will be available on April 20 for the PC.
