Legendary gear is up for grabs in Diablo Immortal’s latest limited-time event.
Last week, Blizzard released a mini update that added multiple limited-time events, a new cosmetic skin, feature updates, and thirty-six new Legendary Items into Diablo Immortal.
One new feature that stood out from the rest was the Fracture Plane limited-time event, which pits players into a 15-floor dungeon filled with XP, Gold, and other loot drops.
However, an interesting twist comes with this limited-time event – players cannot take their usual gear loadout with them to the Fractured Plane and are forced to use a random set of class-appropriate gear instead.
How does Fractured Plane Work?
The Fractured Plane Event will send players into a dungeon with 15 floors. As mentioned before, players will not go into the event with their usual loadout. Instead, the event will provide players with a random pre-determined loadout.
The good news is that all the items you will find in the event are Legendary Gear, and you can find more powerful gear as you progress through the dungeon. Of course, you can only use the Legendary Gear while doing the Fractured Plane event. As soon as you leave the event, you will have your usual loadout back.
Each session can take up to 45 minutes. The good news is that you do not have to complete the event in just one sitting. Instead, you can freely leave anytime and pick up where you left off before leaving the event.
Progressing in the Fractured Plane event will reward you with Chaos Coins, which you can then take to the Chaos Broker. However, it is recommended that you do not exchange your Chaos Coins for Legendary gear. Instead, purchase as many Shards of Fortune as possible to improve the quality of Legendary Gear you can find on the succeeding floors.
Fractured Plane Rewards
Most players can get a decent amount of XP/Gold and even Legendary Items from the Fractured Plane event.
The Fractured Plane features floors filled with mobs that players must clear to progress to the next floor. Of course, all enemies within these floors are bound to give out some XP, and with up to 15 floors worth of enemies to defeat, you can expect to gain a couple hundred thousand XP as you go deeper into the dungeon.
With the sheer number of enemies in the event, you can also expect a decent amount of gold, which you can then use to upgrade your gear or gamble for Legendary Items in Westmarch.
Perhaps the most attractive part of the Fractured Plane event is the guaranteed Legendary Item reward after completing all 15 floors in the dungeon. You can even improve the quality of Legendary Item that you will have a chance of taking home after completing the event by spending your Chaos Coins for Shards of Fortune at the Chaos Broker.
Free Legendary Item
While the event is probably the most challenging limited-time event for Diablo Immortal since its release, the rewards you can get from completing the 15-floor dungeon are equally valuable.
Don’t miss the chance to get tons of XP and Gold and a free random Legendary Item from the Fracture Plane event in Diablo Immortal. The event runs until September 14, 2022, giving players enough time to complete the event in-game.
