Season 8 brings in all the familiar loot rewards plus a few new upgrade materials.
Season 8 brought in a ton of new content and features to Diablo Immortal. There’s the new Zone called Stormpoint which comes complete with a new storyline that pushes Diablo Immortal’s narrative forward, five new Legendary Gems, a limited-time Lucky Draw mechanic called Phantom Market, and a ton of other changes to Heliquary, Hero’s Journey, and Shadow War. Oh, and Blizzard threw in three new Hell Difficulties in Hell VI, Hell VII, and Hell VIII.
All these changes will surely make any adventurer happy, but those looking to upgrade their gear so they can take on the more challenging Hell Difficulties will appreciate the host of upgrade materials available in the Season 8 Battle Pass, and there are a lot of them.

Note: Players who purchase the Empowered Battle Pass will receive both the ‘Normal Battle Pass’ and the ‘Empowered Battle Pass’ rewards by progressing through the Battle Pass ranks. In addition, Empowered Battle Pass owners will receive the exclusive Hidden Sun Weapon cosmetic at rank one and the Hidden Sun Armor cosmetic at rank 40.
The Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass will come with access to all rank rewards from the Empowered Battle Pass, the Ancient Guardians Frame, a new Hidden Sun Portal cosmetic, and an instant ten-rank jump in your current battle pass rank.
You can also collect the Gift of Renown Chest for every 180 Battle Pass Points you earn after Level 40.
Hidden Sun
The Season 8 Battle Pass will run from December 22, 3:00 a.m. server time to January 19, 2:59 a.m. server time, so make sure you grind as many levels as you can to get all the rewards listed above. Hopefully, the holidays can give you the time you need to complete all 40 levels of the Season 8 Battle Pass.
