General Thoughts

Luka is a decent support character with a relatively good usability rate. For a 6 star support, she has basic stats that you would expect with a pretty good SPR stat.

Most of her skills are based around healing her allies and curing status ailments. Her skills like Regenerate and Priestess Miracle are crazy good for the amount they heal.

Regenerate healing 1150HP 8X over 3 turns, and Priestess Miracle healing 1000HP with a 3.4X multiplier and cures several status ailments. On top of those two skills, she has some decent white magic to add to her arsenal.

Curaga being her main source of healing from its high recovery rate. She also has Raise allowing her to revive a fallen ally which is a very useful spell to have equipped to any support.

Aside from healing allies and curing status ailments a few of her skills also offer buffs to her party members. Water Barrier giving a 70% water defense increase for 3 turns. And she can even dish out a little damage with Water God’s Breath, not enough to make her a frontline or anything but enough to give some backup when needed.

Her final skill can be very helpful if you need a boost in a pinch. Deep Blue gives a 45% increase to DEF and SPR to all allies over the course of 5 turns.

Luka’s limit burst is River Veil and its effect is perfect for a support to have. River Veil heals all allies 1120 HP with a 3X multiplier and also increases SPR by 64% for 3 turns.

Luka’s downside, however, is the same you’ll get with most support characters. She doesn’t have a lot in terms of equipment and her defense stat is nothing special.So she is very easy to take down in a fight and will take some priority to keep alive for bosses.

Verdict: Luka is a run of the mill support and is fair to use. But there are better support characters in the game.
