There was already a lot of hype surrounding the release of Stray since it was initially announced, and a lot of great reviews have been released singing praises for BlueTwelve Studio’s future cat simulator. Now the game has officially launched, and we have a new trailer to commemorate the launch:

Like I said, early reviews for the game have been sparkling, and a lot of critics have found fun with the game’s attention to detail. While Stray does have its own overarching story with missions and enemies, reviews have pointed out the fun to be had while going about doing more mundane activities as a cat.

In Stray, not only can you interact with objects like a cat would, but you can also meow on command and nuzzle strangers as you pass by them. You can even take naps as a cat and slowly just watch the camera pan around the area as you appreciate the art direction and colors of the environment.
