Trevor and Franklin deliver the cars to Devin Weston so they can finally get paid for their services.
Trevor and Franklin were expecting to get paid immediately after Franklin, Michael, and Trevor successfully stole and delivered Entity XF and Cheetah to Devin Weston. To their dismay, however, Devin Weston cut them off, saying the job was for the trio to deliver five cars.
Over the course of Eye in the Sky and Deep Inside, Franklin and Trevor managed to steal another two cars to bump up the total number to four, which means they only need one more car to complete the deal.
We have outlined everything you need to know about Pack Man and how you can get a Gold Medal finish from completing this mission in GTA 5.
Pack Man Synopsis
Lamar gives Trevor a call and asks him to pick up the Packer so they can start loading up the last vehicle. Trevor agrees and makes his way to the Packer as soon as possible.
Franklin also receives a call from Lamar asking him to meet up at Glass Heroes in Strawberry so they can take the car to Trevor and load it up onto the Packer.
On their way to Trevor, Franklin asks Lamar how the boost went on his end. Lamar tells Franklin the boost went smooth as silk, but Franklin is a little suspicious of how easy things went with Lamar and the car. Lamar reassures Franklin he didn’t encounter any drama while taking the car, which Franklin believes is worrying and downright shady.
Trevor, Franklin, and Lamar strap up for a long trip to Paleto Bay. Franklin asks Trevor how far the drop-off point is from their current location, and Trevor answers four hours. Since Trevor was driving, Franklin saw the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Trevor didn’t mind, so Franklin dozed off, leaving Trevor and Lamar to engage in healthy conversations.
Trevor would go on to give Lamar a rundown on Trevor and Michael’s past and talk about Devin Weston but is cut short when the cops start tailing the trio on the Senora Freeway.
The commotion causes Franklin to wake up from his nap. Trevor and Lamar saw the opportunity to blame Franklin for sleeping on the job, forcing Franklin to come up with a plan to deal with the cops using the JB 700.
Franklin exits the truck and makes his way towards the JB 700 at the back of the Packer. As soon as he gets into the car, he releases the ramp and jumps off the Packer with the JB 700. With the JB 700 now fitted with working guns and a ton more spikes, Franklin makes quick work of the cop cars.
After dealing with the cops, Franklin gives Molly a car to ask for the drop-off location. Molly tells him to meet her at the Procopio Truckstop.
As soon as they arrive at the drop-off point, Franklin asks Molly where Devin Weston is. Molly gives Franklin a vague explanation as to why Devin wasn’t there with them and why they were not going to receive the money yet, then drives off after telling Franklin how short-sighted and immature he was, much to Franklin’s frustration.
Pack Man Gold Medal Objectives
- Time: Complete within 12:00.
- Pick Franklin to start the mission.
- Skip all cutscenes to save time.
- Not a Scratch: Complete with minimal damage to the JB 700.
- Drive beside the packer while waiting for the cops to get closer. This should help you avoid getting rear-ended.
- Shredder: Take out 3 cop cars using the spikes.
- Use the JB 700’s spikes to send the cop cars out of control.
- The cops will follow the Packer, so use it as bait to land those more spikes consistently.
Pack Man Mission Guide
Go to Lamar’s location in Strawberry, marked blue on the map.
Get in the car and drive towards Trevor’s location, marked blue on the map.
Load the car up on the Packer. Make sure you build some speed to load the car successfully on the truck.
Drive the truck towards the drop-off point. Make sure you drive to the location as quickly as possible since there’s a time requirement to be met.
Once you get closer to the drop-off point, the police will start to tail you.
Switch to Franklin as soon as the game allows you to.
Defend the truck from the cops. You can use the truck as bait since the police want to drive close to the Packer anyway. Use the JB 700’s spikes to take out the cops. You need to take out three cops with your spike strip.
As soon as you lose all the cops, Franklin will give Molly a call to ask for the drop-off location.
Get out of the car and walk towards Molly.
Packed and Loaded
With the last car delivered, Franklin expected a decent payday for all the hard work he, Michael, Trevor, and Lamar put into the job. With Molly telling Franklin how Devin Weston intends to hold their pay, Franklin becomes frustrated with how Devin Weston treats him and his crew.
You only have 12 minutes to complete this mission, and most of that time limit will be spent driving on the freeway. To save time, skip the cutscenes and use Franklin to start the mission. Remember to keep the JB 700 as mint as possible. Avoid getting rear-ended by using the onboard spikes to deal with the cop cars. Doing so will automatically complete the Shredder objective as well.
