Guide: The 50 Best PSVR Games You Can Play Right Now

“It’s DOOM, sure, but it’s not quite there. VR is still showing its limitations, namely locomotion. It’s still a fair shooter and DOOM fans will no doubt find it to be a blast – and it is – but it’s only one of the top PSVR shooters due to there not being that much competition.” Read the full review.
22. Until Dawn Rush of Blood

“Until Dawn: Rush of Blood is a serviceable shooter. It’s not breaking any boundaries and it’s not going to be remembered years from now as the pinnacle of VR gaming, but it’s done enough to earn high praise from the guy who was too scared to play it for a year. Fair play, I say.” Read the full review.
23. Bloody Zombies
“Bloody Zombies is a fun game to jump into and mess around. It also has a ton of red meat to devour if you want to really dig in and master all of the combos the game has to offer. Toss in 4 player co-op and a really cool VR option and you may just have a can’t miss title.” Read the full review.
24. RIGS: Mechanized Combat League

“If you have a PS VR, then you need RIGS: Mechanized Combat League. I would even say that come the holiday season it will be a system seller or in this case, a peripheral seller. The matter of the fact is that the experience and what is offered simply works perfectly with the PS VR technology. The gameplay is new and exciting, the maps and level design are near perfect, and the straight up amount of mechs to wield is impressive. You only have beginning motion sickness and weird screen tilts to thank for holding this mech shooter back. It wouldn’t hurt to have more maps and modes but for what was promised, RIGS delivers to be the definitive first party, launch title.” Read the full review.
25 Batman: Arkham VR

“Batman: Arkham VR may seem like a glorified tech demo, but it’s actually got a lot going for it and you’ll get more than your money’s worth after finishing the story and having a mooch around for the collectibles. It’s a good looking release, too, and it does a great job at not only thrusting you inside the murky world of Gotham, but actually making you feel like a bad arse Batman. Top job, Rocksteady. More, please.” Read the full review.
26. PlayStation VR Worlds

“PlayStation VR Worlds had great potential, but perhaps each game would have benefited more by being a standalone release with more content than there is right now. Some experiences stand out more than others, though not always for the right reasons. It’s a collection of games that’s good for showing off to friends and family a couple of times but ultimately there’s no real staying power behind it.” Read the full review.
27. Beat Saber
“Beat Saber is an excellent addition to a growing list of great PSVR games. You probably didn’t know that you needed another rhythm game in your life, but you do. The soundtrack, although small, is excellent and the Move tracking is right on track. Whether you prefer to play alone through the campaign, or with friends in the Party mode, there is something for everyone here.” Read the full review.
28. Farpoint

Farpoint is a must-have game for any PSVR owner – so long as you’re willing to drop the cash on the gun bundle. The story is good enough for what it sets out to do, but it’s the meaty single-player offering and the online co-op that propels Farpoint to the higher reaches of the VR stratosphere.” Read the full review.
29. CoolPaintr VR
“CoolPaintr VR isn’t a traditional game, but if you’re looking for an easy way to unwind and let your creative side run wild, within the confines of VR, then you can’t do much wrong with this one.” Read the full review.
30. 2MD VR Football
2MD VR Football puts you behind center in the one of the most exciting aspects of American sports, the two-minute drill. The players are little more than tackling dummies and aside from practice, the only mode you’ll find is a tournament of 2 minute drill’s that gets a little more difficult as you advance. Despite this simplicity, the act of drawing up your own plays, calling them out at the line of scrimmage, and the near flawless implementation of the Move controllers makes this an absolute must buy for the PSVR sports fan.” Read the full review.
