41. Ace Banana
“If you’re desperately searching for a first-person shooter on the PSVR, look no further. No, it’s not Call of Duty or Battlefield, but it’s definitely worth a shot. It’s a daft game that doesn’t take itself too seriously. I mean, c’mon, it’s bananas vs. monkeys, the ultimate showdown between two titans of evolution. No, in all seriousness, Ace Banana is a genuinely fun game that works really well on PSVR and can be played by all the family. Just make sure you have the space sorted out or you’ll end up breaking something. I learned that the hard way.” Read the full review.
42. Knockout League
“Knockout League mixes a ton of polish with some great nostalgic boxing action. The fact that it’s an intense full body workout is a plus, if you’re into that sort of thing.” Read the full review.
43. Blasters of the Universe
“Blasters of the Universe brings something new to the PSVR with its VR bullet hell concept, and the game works well. The guns have plenty of customization options, enabling you to adapt your weapon to your personal style. Grand Master Alwyn and his forces are challenging in casual and hell difficulties, and the extra modes give a shorter game a little replayability. If you are looking for something a little different and have some extra room to move, give Blasters of the Universe a try.” Read the full review.
44. Sprint Vector
Sprint Vector is another evolution for virtual reality. Actually performing skate-like motions in a competitive VR racer shouldn’t be this fun. Like I don’t think normal racing is this fun. Granted there’s no huge jumps, gliding, or witty announcer commentary in standard skate racing. Point is that Sprint Vector is a blast to play even if the idea of rollerblades don’t speak to you. The maps, the gameplay, the controls, and the fun are some of the finest the PSVR will ever see. You’ll be hard pressed to find an experience like this where actual muscle soreness can take a back seat to your enjoyment.” Read the full review.
45. Megaton Rainfall
“Megaton Rainfall isn’t a perfect game by any stretch, but it is a damn fine example of what can be done with VR and a little ingenuity. Just make sure you’ve got barf bag on standby.” Read the full review.
46. Smashbox Arena
“Smashbox Arena ticks all the boxes: Fun? Yup. Functional? Yup. Plenty of content? Yup. More content on the way? Yup! You can’t go wrong! If you’ve been itching for a tactical team-based shooter, by default this is the best thing available, but it’s pretty damn great in its own right anyway.” Read the full review.
47. Sparc
If any virtual reality title would convince people to dive into the technology or take it seriously as an eSport, Sparc is that title. It’s simple playground fun with none of the bullying or awkward relationships. Needless to say, CCP Games’ creation works and works well. Everything is as smooth as can be for a game that has competitive gaming dreams. Let’s just hope that more arenas, items, and modes are added to keep the casual fan base around and even more complexity is inserted for the comp squads. Also, you know…if you like throwing a ball down a hallway, then this PSVR title will make you enjoy it like you were a kid again.” Read the full review.
48. CastleStorm VR
“CastleStorm VR is a sort of middle-of-the-road release for Sony’s fledging platform. It’s not going to be a massive hit that’ll be remembered fondly as one of the early greats, nor will it be hated by VR enthusiasts on release. It’s a familiar experience with the added flavour of VR. An ice cream with an extra chocolate stick is how I’d put it.” Read the full review.
49. Dick Wilde
If you’ve got a hankering for a colourfully fun shooter that doesn’t take itself too seriously, Dick Wilde won’t do you wrong. The lack of extra modes is a bit of a bummer, but the general gameplay and presentation more than makes up for it.” Read the full review.
50. The Persistence

Guide: The 50 Best PSVR Games You Can Play Right Now

“I don’t know why The Persistence isn’t being talked about more online – there is a lot to talk about. From the clever rogue-lite/stealth/horror/sci-fi/survival mash-up, you’d think it caters to just about every core gamer. It’s not a case of taking on too much either, as every aspect of the genre-mix-and-masher is fantastic. Ok, the story isn’t anything special, but you’ll soon forget you’re playing somebody else’s story.” Read the full review.
