Learn how to get floor tiles in Stardew Valley!
Stardew Valley is a farming simulator where you can live off the land and build the farm of your dreams. With the humble beginnings of working on a rundown farm passed on by your grandfather, you will spend hours scouring for all the items you need to fill up your property with crop fields, buildings, and decorations.
Today, we will discuss everything you need to know about Floor tiles.
Floor Tiles are craftable decors used to change the appearance of the ground — not to be confused with Floorings, which you can only apply to the rooms of your Farmhouse and Sheds. Craftable Floor Tiles can be placed throughout your farm, but you can also use them to decorate the entire ground of Stardew Valley.
When Floor Tiles are set on the ground, players will gain a small speed boost while walking on them. Grass, Rocks, and Trees will not grow on top of these tiles, including Artifact Spots, which can disadvantage some.
Floorings can also get hit by lightning on stormy days. They will be removed from a tile, but you can pick them up and place them back on the ground.
