We’ve had a lot of previews for Capcom’s upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4, but the latest trailer from State of Play may have just given us a better look at everything they were keeping under a lid.

New Trailer for Resident Evil 4 Remake Reveals Multiple Returning Characters

Check out the trailer featuring returning characters like Luis and Krauser:

Here’s the official description for the game:

Survival is just the beginning.

Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City.
Agent Leon S. Kennedy, one of the survivors of the incident, has been sent to rescue the president’s kidnapped daughter.
He tracks her to a secluded European village, where there is something terribly wrong with the locals.
And the curtain rises on this story of daring rescue and grueling horror where life and death, terror and catharsis intersect.

Though the knife fight with Krauser in the original game was mostly just quick-time events, it looks like the remake is going to have fans actually play throughout the fight—mirroring the final encounter with him. You’ll also notice that the stage is more covered with materials, so you’ll have a lot places to take cover.

Fans have also pointed out that Luis gets an expanded role in the remake, with him actually being a full-on companion in some levels, taking on some enemies that could be in your way.

The RE4 remake is going to be the last remake in the series with Capcom having gone through all the mainline entries. While I think there’s a lot of room for a prequel, Resident Evil 4 will be the franchise coming full circle in bringing the stories of the original games to the modern medium.

The Resident Evil 4 remake is set to release on March 24 for PlayStation 4|5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
