DigixArt’s Road 96 had launched back in 2021 with sparkling reviews, and now the game is ready to expand its reach to more audiences. Just in, we have a launch trailer commemorating Road 96 making it to the PlayStation.
Here’s the official description:
Award-winning narrative sensation finally available on console.
Road 96 is a crazy, beautiful road trip. The discovery of exciting places, and unusual people on your own personal journey to freedom.
Your choices change your adventure, change people, change the world. There are thousands of routes along Road 96. Which one will you take?
As the trailer suggests, players are recommended to try out the game more than once, with each narrative thread resulting in a different story. While the trailer does start off kind of carefree and relaxing, things actually get intense to give us a taste of exactly how crazy things can get with Road 96.
Admittedly, the graphics are kind of simplistic when you look at it, but the character design is still unique and the colors really pop out to give the game its own general aesthetic. With the PC version getting so much praise online, it’s probably worth checking out the title, even if narrative-based games aren’t your thing.
Road 96 is now available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4|5, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
