Religious cults have always been associated with horror, but Massive Monster has decided to turn that concept into an adorable RPG with Cult of the Lamb.

The game feels like a mash-up of Hereditary and Hello Kitty. While the characters all look pretty cute, the concept of trying to appease a dark god with sacrifices and followers has a touch of dark humor.
Not only do you have to gather followers, but you have to ensure that their faith is always strong and stamp out any heretics you get in your way. With enough support, you can make sacrifices to please your dark saviors and continue domination over the world.
It is a pretty silly premise that will upset some religious parents. I absolutely can not wait to check it out.
Cult of the Lamb is now available for pre-order and will be available for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC this Aug. 11.
