November is almost here, and we’re getting closer to the release of God of War Ragnarok for the PlayStation. We know that the game is all about spectacle, but that doesn’t really mean anything without a good story; and now we have a new in-depth look at the end of Kratos Norse arc.

Join us on our journey behind the scenes of God of War Ragnarök. Throughout this series, we’ll take you across the Nine Realms as we look behind the curtain at the development process across the many disciplines that bring God of War to life.

With multiple mythologies being teased in the first game, it was kind of curious why the sequel would keep focusing on the Norse world; but the video does confirm that we’re going to see the end of Kratos and Atreus’ clash with Odin in this second game.

We don’t really know where Ragnarok will bring us in the end, but I have a feeling that the game ends with a whole new mythology for Kratos and Atreus to go and explore. Then again, that’s just my speculation.

Set out on an epic and unflinching journey as Kratos and Atreus struggle with holding on and letting go.

Witness the changing dynamic of their relationship as they prepare for war; Atreus hungers for knowledge to help him grasp the prophecy of “Loki”, as Kratos struggles to free himself from the past and be the father his son needs. All the while, the eyes of Asgard watch their every move…

God of War Ragnarok comes out for the PlayStation 4|5 on Nov. 9.
