Wonderful Whims is hands-down still one of the best Romance Mods out there. Created by TURBODRIVER, Wonderful Whims is an SFW (Safe-for-Work) version of Wicked Whims. It focuses on an attraction system and dynamic approach to Sims’ romance preferences and unique connections with Sims around them. EA clearly obtained the idea of their new DLC from this romance mod, yet they still did a poor job capturing the essence.
TURBODRIVER added unique and realistic romance mods features that you won’t find anywhere else:
- Attractiveness: You can customize your Sims’ style and preference, which will affect the other Sims around them. For example, if your Sims are attracted to blonds with blue eyes, they will gain a moodlet that expresses their admiration.
- Impressions or Personalities: You learn the Sims’ personality archetypes, and your Sims will voice their preferences. If they dislike a certain quirk or archetype, your Sims will avoid it or express their dissatisfaction.
