Welcome to the Lords Mobile General Heroes guide. Today you’re going to learn everything you need to know about your Lords Mobile Heroes and what you have to do to unlock more of them. We’ll take you in depth on what your Hero does and how you make them stronger.
In this guide we will take you through your Hero, equipment and more.
Your Lords Mobiles Starter Hero!
When you start out Lords Mobile the first Hero you’re introduced to is Oath Keeper Wesley. This hero is your classic tank infantry archetype, making him one beefy character that not only leads your troops into battles but is your staple hero as you clear stages.
He gives a bonus to your infantry units and delivering a cone based ultimate attack during stages makes him the perfect starter unit.
You can only take 5 of your Heroes into a stage. This means later in the game you will have to choose wisely based on the stages difficulty. During stages each hero will kill enough enemies to use their ultimate ability.
Either automatically upon being tapped or by holding and dragging to manually use the ability.
Battle Skills are passive based skills used during Skirmishes stages (PVE battles) or attacks against other players in PVP battles. This is something you will want to keep in mind when you invade someone in the early game.
Equipment for your Lords Mobiles Hero and what it does.
As you clear through stages in Lords Mobile you will automatically loot equipment from your encounters. When you enter your Heroes equipment screen, any available upgrade slots will be highlighted green.
Then you can simply click in new items to increase your characters stats. Once you acquire all 6 items you can increase your characters rank.
Equipment for your Hero increases things such as their Health, physical or magic attack and defenses as well as your Hero Might. Hero might is one of the factors used during Skirmishes and PVP so you absolutely want to increase this stat for your main hero of choice.
Unlocking more of Lords Mobile Heroes.
To start out you tap on the giant golden hero statue to pop open the Stage menu.
When you arrive on the stage menu it will look like a path, you have to fight through each point of the path until you clear a stage completely. Pictures along the path are Boss battles.
Early in the game you will get new Heroes just from finishing these stages but it’s not until you reach the Elite stages, that you can truly unlock more heroes.
Each stage you go through will involve a 3 wave Battle with a Boss type character at the end wave. Be careful as sometimes enemies will attack you from behind!
Once you’ve unlocked the elite stages you must first clear a boss stage, then you can repeat that stage until you’ve earned enough medals to unlock and hire the hero.
OR You can use the medals on a hero you already have and upgrade them even further.
Each Hero can be unlocked / hired by collecting 10 of their Medals. You can further increase the Heroes stats by promoting them with the medals.
You can also skip the process of going to the stage menu by going directly to the Hero selection menu, pressing on the Hero you want and then going to the stage you have unlocked.
Sweeping Stages
There are a few things to keep in mind as you clear stages for your Heroes. You are limited by your STA stat which is used every time you sweep a stage but slowly regenerates over the course of several hours.
You could use the in game currency to refill your bar but I don’t recommend it.
Each time you sweep a stage your STA drops. You can only do a stage 4 times per day and there is no guarantee of a Heroes medals but you will still receive loot from clearing the stage.
You have enough STA that you can clear multiple Heroes stages. So don’t be disappointed if you don’t get the badges you need right away, just do another Hero and hope for the best.
As you can see in the imagine above, after using Sweep x4 I only looted 1 Hero badge but I got a lot of cool down reduction items, and equipment for my other heroes.
In some cases you will reach XP items as a bonus for clearing a stage which you can use to force feed your Heroes levels if you don’t want to do stages with them or if you need to quickly boost one of their stats.
General Tips
- Save your XP items for Heroes you really want to add to your team. OR use them as an emergency boost to clear a hard level.
- Manually cast your abilities until your Heroes are strong enough that a miscasted spell won’t wipe your party.
- Auto complete earlier stages for easy XP for low level heroes and to fast level current heroes as well as easily obtain items.
- Use all of your STA each day before your daily reset.
- Increase your primary heroes rank for bonus troops in skirmishes.
- Don’t waste your gems on promoting heroes.
- Use your gems to get VIP points to gain an overall bonus.
