State of Play has come with a lot of huge reveals for PlayStation, but we have one title that’s moving on from its exclusive status to become available for PC players.
Watch the announce for Spider-Man Remastered on PC:
In Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, the worlds of Peter Parker and Spider-Man collide in an original action-packed story. Play as an experienced Peter Parker, fighting big crime and iconic villains in Marvel’s New York. At the same time, Peter’s struggling to balance his chaotic personal life and career while the fate of Marvel’s New York rests upon his shoulders. Following the events of the main story of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, experience the continuation of Peter Parker’s journey in Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps DLC, three story chapters with additional missions and challenges.
After spending years as an exclusive, it’s finally time for non-PlayStation owners to have their fun with Spider-Man. We don’t know if Insomniac is going to put some exclusive extras to the PC version, but we do know that the modding community will be having fun adding whatever they could to the game.
We haven’t gotten any updates on Spider-Man 2 yet, but hopefully the release of this game will only help build up the hype. With the Sinister Six making an appearance in Spider-Man, I’m curious which other villains can show up in the sequel besides Venom.
Spider-Man Remastered comes to PC on Aug. 12 via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is also now available for PlayStation 4|5.
