Collect the Radiographs
You’ll need two Radiographs to start solving the X-Ray Viewer puzzle. You can easily find the first Radiograph inside the X-Ray room, right on the examination bed underneath the letter.
The second Radiograph is in the 2F of Brookhaven Hospital, in the Treatment Room’s bathtub. You can access it using the keypad in the nurses’ station.
The Nurses Station Keypad code is 7465 (Standard and Hard Difficulty) or 3578 (Light Difficulty).
Clean the Moldy Radiograph
You need a Mold Remover for the Moldy Radiograph. You can find it inside the Kitchen in the 1F Brookhaven Hospital, by the garbage chute.
Combine Mold Remove and Moldy Radiograph in your inventory to get a clean Radiograph.
Solve the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle
Head back to the X-Ray Room and place the Radiograph on the X-Ray viewer to solve the puzzle using the markers on the board by aligning them with the Radiograph.
The number of clue markers will vary depending on the puzzle’s difficulty—the harder the difficulty, the fewer markers there will be. Luckily, the placement of the Radiograph remains consistent across difficulties.
- Place the Skull radiography vertically on the left side, aligning the Skull Trauma text and scratches.
- Place the Pelvis radiography horizontally next to the Skull, aligning the three lines and scratches.
- Place the Hand radiography horizontally next to the Pelvis, matching the two lines and scratches.
- Place the Ribcage radiography horizontally to the right side, aligning the X-mark and scratches.
After placing the Radiography correctly, the code will glow, revealing the D1 Combination Lock Code: 4, 37, 12. Return to the D1 Combination Lock and match the arrows on the door with the code, and you will get Right 4, Left 37, and Right 12.
