In the Valhalla community right now, everyone keeps bringing up a build called “The One-Shot Build”. This build is probably the best one we’ve seen so far, so we thought it would be best if we shared it with you.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Best Build in Game

In some cases, you might three-shot 100+ higher level enemies than you. It does require some setup in fights, so it’s not exactly a bruiser build, but the setup is straightforward.

Undoubtedly The Best Build in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

For clarity sake, the build is split up into multiple parts. We will look separately at the gear, the abilities and skills, as well as the fight setups that you’ll need to do.

The Build

Gear

It’s worth to mention that to complete this build you will need at least 225 power, but you can start it off at as low as 120 power.

Shield and Weapon

The main item of this build is the shield. You’ll get 15% health restored on parry, and it has a 10 seconds cooldown. The shield is called “Briton Shield”.

As for the weapon, it is the “Suttungr’s Claw”. It will increase Critical Damage after each hit, and it stacks up to 10! As you can see the majority of the gear will be wolf gear.

Bow

This one is very important. You must get the “Hunnish Bow”, so that you can get increased ranged damage after hitting a weak point. I say it’s important because the build revolves around ranged attacks.

Armor

You can get away with any armor, but at least, make sure that you have at least two pieces of the Huntsman Armor, so that you can get increased ranged damage for enemies further than 20 meters.

Another two pieces of your armor if possible, should be from the Thegn Set. Same as the Huntsman, get at least two items so that you can get increased critical chance when parrying.

Skill Points – Skill Tree

For this build, unfortunately, there is not much to say about the skill tree. You should mainly focus on wolf skills as much as possible.

Make sure to get the majority of the wolf skills before focusing on either bear or raven. This is really important if you want to make sure that your build is foul-proof.

Obviously, you can go with other skills like bear and raven as well, because I know that not everyone wants to focus all skills on one.

Fight Setup

  1. Parry 2-3 attacks, and use your dagger to do some damage.
  2. Start you Focus skill, hit a weak point, and then shoot and back up as much as possible.
  3. Then, make sure to keep all of your buffs on by shooting with the bow, while getting close to your enemy.
  4. When you come close to your enemy, go into Blinding Rush and then do a Charged Shot straight into the enemy’s head.

I’m guessing at this point you would probably be surprised with how much damage you did to your enemy. In some cases, players have gotten upwards of 1.2k damage on enemies 100 levels above them.

So, for now, this remains the best possible build in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla!
