Wondering where to buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator? We have you covered.

Where To Buy Cars in Car Mechanic Simulator

You will fix and restore various customer cars in Car Mechanic Simulator. But while customer orders and Story Orders are essential to earning money and XP, finding your dream car and starting your personal restoration project is one of the best things about the game. Before you can do that, however, you will need to buy a car.

If you have no idea where to buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator, don’t worry – we have listed down all the locations to buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator in this quick guide.

Where To Buy Cars

You can buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator in four places: Car Salon, Junkyard, Auction, and Barn. Each location will offer different sets of vehicles in varying conditions.

Buy Cars from the Car Salon

The Car Salon is the quickest and easiest way to buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator. Here, you are guaranteed to get cars in brand-new showroom condition, but expect to pay more than other car lots in the game.

You can buy brand new cars from the Car Salon in Car Mechanic Simulator.

To buy a car from the Car Salon, simply approach any of the cars on the showroom floor, then bring up the Pie Menu to check the Car Status. After that, navigate to the CR tab to view the total purchase price for the car.

Visit the Junkyard

If you’re looking to buy a car for cheap, then the Junkyard is the way to go. You’ll find various cars in non-running condition in the Junkyard, and you can purchase these for very little money.

The Junkyard is a great place to buy cars for cheap in Car Mechanic Simulator.

Remember, however, that you must be willing to spend time and money restoring cars to working order. This includes finding the necessary parts and performing the appropriate repairs to return the car to its former glory.

Buy Cars from the Car Auction

The Car Auction is another place to buy cars in Car Mechanic Simulator. The game has two auction houses – Kowalski Car Auctions and Kowalski Salvage Cars. The price and condition of the cars you can get from these two auctions vary.

Buy cars from Car Auction or Salvage Cars.

Kowalski Car Auctions sells used cars in less-than-perfect condition. However, these cars are in good working order, so you’ll only have to fix a couple of things to get these cars back in perfect shape. Of course, since these cars are in good working condition, expect to pay more money than you would compared to the Junkyard but less than you would from the Car Salon.

On the other hand, Kowalski Salvage Cars sell cars in slightly better condition than those found in the Junkyard. Cars you buy from Kowalski Salvage Cars will require a comprehensive list of parts and repairs, but if you’re lucky, you can get these cars for very little money.

You can buy cars in decent condition from Kowalski Salvage Cars in Car Mechanic Simulator.

However, it is important to note that these two dealers are auctions, and you will have to participate in a bid to purchase cars from them. The good news is that you have control over how much you spend in the auction, and you can cancel your bid if the purchase price becomes too high.

Check out Barns

Barns are secret locations that you can only access when you secure a map. You can get these maps from Crates by completing Story Orders.

Like the Junkyard, you can find random cars in varying conditions in a Barn. You can purchase Barn cars cheaply, but you’ll have to spend time and money to repair barn cars back to working condition. Aside from Barn cars, you can also find random junk parts around the Barn and purchase these for cheap.

How do you get a car in the garage?

After you purchase cars from any of the four locations outlined above, you will need to know how to get them in your garage so you can start working on them ASAP. Here’s how to do it.

  1. Stand next to the car you want to move to your garage.

Final Thoughts

There is no shortage of vehicles in the Car Mechanic Simulator, and the only problem you will have very early in the game is making enough money to afford and buy cars from the Car Salon, Junkyard, Auctions, or Barn.

Nevertheless, the game offers cars at various price points through the four car dealers. Visit dealers, purchase your dream car, or start your next restoration job.
