Pokemon Legends: Arceus is set in olden times in the Pokemon world when it was rare to find harmony between people and Pokemon. Set in the Hisui region, modern-day Sinnoh, you will join the Galaxy Expedition Team (Galaxy Team for short) as a member of the Survey Corps stationed in Jubilife Village. You will be tasked to meet every Hisui region Pokemon to complete the region’s first-ever Pokédex.
The Galaxy Team will task the player to do missions in the game. Various people will also request help from the player. One of these requests is Request 72, titled ‘Pesselle’s Easy Errand.’ This guide will teach you how to complete the ‘Pesselle’s Easy Errand’ request.
Pesselle’s Easy Errand
To unlock this request, the player must first receive ‘The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra’ Mission, the twelfth mission in the game where the player must quell a frenzied Noble Hisuian Avalugg. Additionally, the player must complete the ‘Croagunk’s Curative Poison’ Request (request 34) from Pesselle of the Medical Corps in the Galaxy Hall in Jubilife Village and talk to her again about the results of the request right after completing that request.
After doing the requirements mentioned, you can now start this request! To do just that, head to the Galaxy Hall and go to the office on the right side of Captain Cyllene’s office, and there, the player will find Pesselle in the Medical Corps’ office. Talk to her, and she will ask the player if she can ask the player again for another favor.
Then, after asking her back on the prompt, she will then say that the player does not have to worry as it is straightforward as all she needs is the player to bring her a hundred Medicinal Leeks. After a bit of awkward silence and a question of disbelief on the player’s prompt, she will tell the player that Medicinal Leeks are well-known for growing all over the Hisui Region and are called wayfarer’s friends. To end the conversation, she will ask the player to bring her a hundred Medicinal Leeks once the player has a hundred Medicinal Leeks to spare for her. Then, the ‘Pesselle’s Easy Errand’ Request started just like that!
To complete this request, the player must gather 100 Medicinal Leeks and give them to Pesselle of the Medical Corps. Now it is time to find a lot of Medicinal Leeks!
Medicinal Leeks are green plants planted on the ground that can be found all over the Obsidian Fieldlands, the Crimson Mirelands, the Cobalt Coastlands, and the Coronet Highlands.
Medicinal Leeks can also be obtained by destroying Haystacks in the Crimson Mirelands, and to do that, the player would need the help of one of your Pokemon. Aim and throw one of your Pokemon to a haystack, then your Pokemon will come out and strike the haystack to harvest the crafting materials inside, and hopefully, one of them is a Medicinal Leek. The selected Pokemon will also gain experience in helping out.
As the player would need to farm a lot of Medicinal Leeks, the player can obtain around 20 Medicinal Leeks in Aspiration Hill and Horseshoe Plains, north of the Obsidian Fieldlands. The player can only farm in this area. Then, after the player cannot find Medicinal Leeks in the area anymore, the player can go to Jubilife Village and head back to the Fieldlands Camp to reset the map and respawn the Medicinal Leeks.
Medicinal Leeks can also be obtained after catching or defeating Pokemon, specifically Buizel, Floatzel, Psyduck, Golduck, Ralts, Kirlia, Snorunt, and Tangela.
The player can also pay Colza 1000 Pokemon Dollars to plant Medicinal harvests at the Farm in the western part of Jubilife Village to get plenty of Medicinal Leeks.
Alternatively, the player can purchase Medicinal Leeks from the Gingko Guild Merchants for 120 Pokemon Dollars. However, it is worth mentioning that the items the Gingko Guild Merchants sell are not the same, so purchasable items may vary.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the player would not be able to retrieve the 100 Medicinal Leeks after giving it to Pesselle, so make sure to leave yourself some extra Medicinal Leeks for the player’s crafting needs.
After obtaining 100 Medicinal Leeks, head back to Pesselle still in the Medical Corps office on the right side of Captain Cyllene’s office in the Galaxy Hall. Talk to her and confirm the prompt to give the 100 Medicinal Leeks. Then, Pesselle will say that it will be enough to make plenty of medicine as they are always running out because of the constant stream of injured colleagues.
Finally, the ‘Pesselle’s Easy Errand’ Request has been completed, and Pesselle will reward the player with one Adamant Mint and one Modest Mint for your efforts! Thanks to the player, the Medical Corps can prepare a good stock of medicine for people who cannot craft their own as the player can.
Now that you have completed the ‘Pesselle’s Easy Errand’ Request, you can now try to complete other requests, complete missions, or complete Arceus’ task for you, which is to catch ’em all!
