This is how to get M-179E Achilles:
- Travel to the Afterlife fast travel point in Watson, Little China.
- After that, navigate to the Afterlife club, and don’t enter it.
- Instead, take the elevator on the right of the entrance to the roof.
- Once on the roof, you must climb on the vent platform on your right. If you’re confused about this one, look at this reference image with the exact point you need to reach:
- Climb on the vents, then on the barbed wires, and then on top.
