General Thoughts
Jake is a 5 star character with okay stats but kind lacks all around as a character. He’s a physical damage character and plays the role well but can be replaced by stronger units.
Jake’s biggest issue is the fact that he just seems a little incomplete. He lacks the amount of abilities some characters have, his stats are a little low for a 5 star, and his lack of a trust mastery is somewhat disappointing.
Out of the skills he does have they aren’t entirely bad and make him a difficult character to take down. With his skill Hide allowing him to disappearing for 3-5 turns makes it easier for him to avoid being targeted.
And his camouflage skill decreases his chances of being targeted as well. So he can be a really good sabotage character to avoid hits and deal damage.
The only problem with that is he doesn’t really have the damage out put other 5 stars have. His skills are decent and give some good elemental coverage.
All of his moves are physical but he has one for lightning and one for fire. So it’s not a lot but anything is better than nothing.
His final skill Break Strike is probably his best one due to its attack debuff to enemies. Having that on anyone is a good thing and this move might be what makes him a viable character.
His Limit Burst isn’t to bad either but it’s nothing special. Revolution just deals heaving thunder physical damage to one enemy.
Jake’s biggest problems all reside in the fact that he just isn’t the best 5 star out there. Having lack luster stats, few abilities, and that missing Trust really brings him down.
Verdict: Can easily be replaced by better 5 stars

Lore
