The final trailer for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade has dropped ahead of the game’s June 10 release, and it offered up a pretty interesting detail about this upgraded version of Remake. At the tail end of the trailer, it is revealed that Intergrade will be “Available on PS5 at least six months earlier than any other format.” I don’t know about you, but I have some very big questions now.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade has six-month exclusivity on PS5

Are we getting Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade on other platforms soon? Could Square Enix be holding off on release FF7 Remake on PC and Xbox until it can release Intergrade, which would presumably be sometime in December? Fans who don’t have PlayStation 5s — probably a fair amount, considering how hard the things are to get — are probably chomping at the bit to play Square’s reimagined Final Fantasy 7. They’re almost surely like to know if it can be purchased elsewhere.

Unfortunately, with Sony nabbing yet another PlayStation exclusivity window, it’s unclear when Square Enix might be able to announce such ports. This story is definitely worth keeping an eye on if you’re a non-PlayStation gamer, though. This looks to be a very good sign we could see Intergrade show up in other places, even if we don’t know the date.
