Over the years Fortnite has been adding all kinds of characters from DC to Marvel, and now they’ve revealed incoming faces from the hit anime Attack on Titan.
Check out Mikasa, Eren, and Levi as they jump into the Fortnite item shop:
The official description details the incoming characters as well as the ODM traversal tool as well as Thunder Spears (which are also from the anime). Read this:
Fortnite Battle Royale v24.20 brings the arrival of Eren Jaeger, ODM Gear and Thunder Spears to the Island.
However, Eren isn’t the only member of the “Special Operations Squad” — pick up the Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackerman Outfits available now in the Item Shop.
Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear can be found from the ground, chests or Scout Regiment Footlockers and allows you to grapple in the air and strike opponents.
Thunder Spears can be found the same way as ODM Gear but these are arm-launched rockets causing detonation damage to enemies and structures.
If anything, it looks like the ODM in the game kind of uses the same mechanic as Spider-Man when he swings around with his webs. It also looks like random characters can purchase the capes from the Survey Corps as well, and you can pick your district.
With Fortnite having crossed over with the likes of Dragon Ball, Naruto, and My Hero Academia, I’m curious what other anime could be coming to the game. What are the odds it’s going to be Chainsaw Man?
