Travel to South from the Ancient Oak along the roads. You will find a cave at the crossroads easily visible from the road. Enter the cave and use your Witcher Senses to explore the cave and reach the end of it. A chest with the Enhanced Silver Sword Diagram waiting for you is at the end of the cave. The enhanced version of the sword has the following specs:
