Beverly will try to get the latest scoop on any celebrity anywhere and anytime in Los Santos. With Franklin’s help, Beverly has gotten some juicy photos of notable personalities such as the Princess and the VIP celebrity Poppy Mitchell.
So when Beverly receives a tip about Poppy Mitchell, who’s involved in a car chase around town, he immediately employs Franklin’s help to get the scoop as it unfolds.

Paparazzo – The Meltdown Synopsis
Beverly calls Franklin, informing him about an ongoing police chase between the LSPD and Poppy Mitchell. When Beverly called, Franklin was just around the area, so he immediately pursued the LSPD cop car and Poppy Mitchell.
Franklin follows both cars as they sprint through town and incoming traffic. Poppy Mitchell’s erratic driving behavior is DUI or driving under the influence. Nevertheless, Franklin stays close to Poppy while avoiding the LSPD’s field of view.
The trio’s high-speed chase through Vinewood Hills and Downtown Los Santos stops at Alta when Poppy swerves off the road and crashes into a tree. Franklin immediately pulls out his mobile phone and takes a picture of a drunk and disoriented Poppy Mitchell while the LSPD officer puts her in handcuffs.
With the photo secured, Franklin sends a copy to Beverly, who thanks Franklin for his efforts. Franklin leaves the area, ending the mission.

All Gold Medal objectives for this mission can be completed through multiple replays. You can return another time and replay the mission to get the rest of the Gold Medal objectives.

Follow the marked location on the map. Poppy and the pursuing LSPD patrol car will pass by.
Follow Poppy closely, but don’t crash into the LSPD cop car.
Feel free to use Franklin’s special ability in sticky situations.
Just stay as close as you can. Poppy will eventually crash into a tree.
Get out of your car and pull out your phone. Wait until Poppy has been cuffed before you take a photo of her.
After you’ve taken the photo, send the image to Barry.
After sending the photo to Barry, get back in the car and leave the area to finish the mission.
DUI Car Chase
Beverly was right to call Franklin and ask him to try to chase Poppy around town. Franklin’s driving skill makes him the best man for the job, and thanks to his driving ability, staying close to Poppy and the LSPD cop car to get the Thick of it Gold Medal Objective should be pretty doable. To get the DUI Drive Gold Medal objective, you need to wait until the police have handcuffed Poppy before you take the picture.
