The game will automatically send the player to the mission location.

A slight drawback about replaying missions in GTA 5 is that players cannot gain additional money or other achievements by replaying any of the main story missions. Nevertheless, players can replay these missions as many times as they like to complete Gold Medals objectives for each of these missions.
