Learn how to complete the Rampage – Ballas Mission in GTA 5!
The Ballas are a notorious street gang found in Los Santos and Davis. They are the rival gang to Franklin and Lamar’s gang, the Chamberlain Gangster Families.
Trevor had an earlier encounter with the Ballas in the mission Hood Safari when he joined Franklin to assist Lamar in buying drugs from a dealer.
Trevor will reencounter the gang in the Strangers and Freaks mission titled Rampage – Ballas.

Rampage – Ballas GTA 5 Synopsis
While driving through Strawberry, Trevor spots two Ballas members hanging out in one of the vacant lots in the area. Trevor approaches both men but is greeted with an unnecessary “mom joke.”
Trevor does not appreciate the gesture and proceeds to take the guy’s gun and give him a headbutt. Realizing that Trevor is not messing around, the other Ballas member flees and calls for his other gang mates for help.
Trevor enters his Red Mist rage mode and shoots down the fleeing Ballas member and all of the incoming Ballas. Since numerous Ballas inhabited the area, Trevor had to deal with tens of Ballas members.
After Trevor deals with the last remaining Ballas in the area, he mockingly asks the surviving members if they have any more mom jokes, as he is keen to hear them.
Trevor survives the encounter and kills at least 50 Ballas members.

- Make 50 kills
- Get six headshots
- Destroy 2 vehicles
Unlike most other missions in GTA 5, you cannot replay Rampage Missions. You must complete all three Gold Medal Objectives in a single playthrough.

As Trevor enters Red Mist, chase after the first Ballas member and take him out with a headshot. Focus on getting six headshots early and complete the headshots requirement so you can just spray and pray on the rest of the incoming ballas members.
A few vehicles will arrive on the scene. Switch to your grenade and blow these vehicles up to get the destroyed vehicles’ requirement.
Move towards the incoming Ballas members so you can kill them faster and force the rest to spawn sooner.
Not Gangster Enough
The Ballas can easily care for rival gang members whenever they encounter one another in the open, but they should now know never to mess with an unkempt-looking man with a slight Canadian accent.
Rampage missions become increasingly challenging as you complete more in GTA 5. In Rampage-Ballas, you must make at least 50 kills within the same 2-minute window alongside six headshots and two destroyed vehicles.
Take advantage of Trevor’s Red Mist rage mode and shoot all the Ballas members you want without fear of dying. You’ll need to kill each member quickly so the rest can spawn faster.
