How to Redeem Honkai Star Rail Codes

To claim your rewards, you must unlock the mailbox function. This can be achieved by completing the Trailbalze Mission, “A Moment of Peace.” Once that’s unlocked, there are two ways to redeem. The first method is through Honkai: Star Rail’s official website and the second method is to redeem in-game.

Redeem Using the Official Website

1. Visit the Honkai Star Rail website and log into your Account.
2. Head to the Redeem Code section under the ‘More’ Tab.
3. Select the correct Server and Character Name you want to use the code on.
4. Enter the active Redemption Code and then click Redeem.

Redeeming In-game

1. Log in to your game using the Game App or Windows version.
2. Once in-game, access your ‘Phone’ to bring up the menu functions.
3. Select the Three-Dots icon located next to the name and rank card.
4. Click on Redemption Code.
5. Enter the active Redemption Code and then select ‘Confirm.’

Be noted that codes are only redeemable ONCE per account. All the rewards received will go straight to your in-game mailbox and must be collected before the mail expires. The mailbox feature can also be found on your in-game phone.
