Baldur’s Gate 3: How to Change Warlock Spells
Warlocks are very powerful spellcasters which deal a lot of dark magic. However, can these casters change their skillset in order to defeat enemies more successfully?
Well, logically it seems like that’s the case. To change your spells, you will need to rest in your camp, from there, you can change your abilities to suit your needs.
You can do this with Clerics, Druids, and Paladins. But can you do this with Warlocks, and if so, how to change your Warlock spells?
Well, you can’t. Unfortunately, the Warlock class is a class that hosts only known spells. You cannot use prepared spells with this type of characters.
Even though it seems like you can, upon closer examination, we found out that you can’t. The developers felt like the Druids, Paladins, and Clerics are more appropriate for prepared spells.
Furthermore, you can say that it makes sense. Warlocks in RPGs are usually ones which deal great amounts of damage, with short bursts.
They usually don’t have auras or effect spells. Most of the spells are single-cast attacking spells. It’s unfortunate, but you can learn more about spellcasting and choose an appropriate prepared spells class.
