You have a party of four characters in Baldur’s Gate. Some of them might die, so that’s when you need to resurrect them. But it’s not as simple as it sounds.
That’s why we will give you a tutorial on how to revive companions in Baldur’s Gate 3.
Baldur’s Gate 3 – How to Revive Companions
If your companion dies in the middle of a battle, it is general practice to eliminate your enemies before you go about reviving your team.
It is because you might get unlucky again, and when you revive a squad member, it usually revives him with extremely low health.
This is how to revive companions in Baldur’s Gate 3:
- Go to your dead companion. There will be a skull icon above the character.
- Try to revive the companion with spells or something else. If it fails, try the next step.
- Click on Scroll of Revivify, found on the bottom of your screen.
- Choose a location, i.e. aim to use it where your downed character is.
Your companion will be revived with 1-6 health depending on your level and equipment. The second step mentioned above, is called “Death Save.”
Each time a companion gets knocked, you can try a Death Save three times, if it fails you need to resurrect with Scroll of Revivify.
The Death Save can be tried three times by clicking the hand icon above the character. It offers you a few possibilities to help out your character without using scrolls.
However, chances are low that you might get your player revived like this, but that is not to say that it doesn’t happen. Nevertheless, good luck and be safe!
