Outriders demo was out for a while, and it impressed many RPG FPS players out there. This led to many preordering the game immediately after trying it out. This came in with some bonuses though. To incentivize players to preorder the game, People Can Fly added a DLC from which players that preordered the game can get weapons, armor sets, truck modes, different decals and similar.

Outriders: How to Claim Preorder Bonuses

While all of this is great, there is a slight issue. There doesn’t seem to be a clear way to redeem these items, and they’re not given to you at the beginning of the game.

Claiming Preorder Bonuses – Outriders

It isn’t as simple as logging in though. A player must put in some time before getting the preorder bonuses. In other words, a player must reach level 10 to get all of the weapons, armor sets, truck modes and other items, from the preorder Hell’s Rangers pack.

While this is unfortunate, it still isn’t a lot of progress to be made in order to get the pack.

Players can reach level ten with only four to five hours of play on average. We estimate that a lot of players have already received these items from the DLC, since many were quick to pull the trigger on the preorder, during the time that the demo was available.

After a player reaches level 10, they can open up their stash box inside their camp to obtain all of the Hell’s Rangers items.

While these items will make you look a bit more unique, they’ll also provide a great starting point in the game. They’re exceptionally powerful, and great for the early stages of Outriders.

IMPORTANT: Once you reach level 10, make sure to log out and log back into the game in order to clear the cache, so you can get the items.

There have been some reports of players getting issues with obtaining their items, or sometimes their items don’t even show up at the stash. At the moment, we don’t know what causes this issue, and the only thing that we’ve seen that works as a fix, is a simple restart of the game.

Still, sometimes the problem might still persist, in which case, a player should log out and log into their account to see the items.
