How to Change Language in Stardew Valley on all Platforms:

  1. Launch the game.
  2. At the bottom right corner of the Title Screen, you’ll see the speech bubble icon with three dots.
  3. Click on the speech bubble icon, and a pop-up screen will appear. 
  4. Select the language you want to use. Note that there is no need to restart the game for the changes to take effect.
  5. Play the game.

Other than English, the game also currently supports these languages: German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Turkish, Simplified Chinese, French, Korean, and Hungarian.
