Super Smash Bros. Ultimate All Characters List

As the greatest crossover of video games to date, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate boasts fighters from various series and franchises. It’s also the only game where characters you’d never expect end up duking it out in the ring. However, not everyone knows who all the characters are.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate All Characters List

Newcomers or veterans sometimes struggle to name all 81 characters released thus far. To help with this, we gathered all their names together in a list. Here are all fighters in the game so far.

Introduction to the List

Instead of listing the characters by number, we’ll make things more exciting and group them by game series. Some games only have one representative, but that’s not a problem. Thus far, there’s only one DLC character left, and everyone is waiting eagerly for their reveal.

Mario Series

The Mario series has the most fighters, including Echo Fighters. It’s not unusual to see this, though, considering the name of the game.

  • Mario
  • Luigi
  • Peach
  • Daisy
  • Bowser
  • Piranha Plant
  • Rosalina & Luma
  • Dr. Mario
  • Bowser Jr. (the Koopalings count as alternate costumes, even though their names are different)

There are three Donkey Kong characters. While the great ape first appeared in a Mario game, he has his own series and is categorized this way.

  • Donkey Kong
