Thoughts
Well, Captain Phasma is probably the best leader you can have for your team. Since you always have 5 team members, you will often get a bonus attack almost every turn. If you choose to build a first order team, the chance is doubled. That means more damage!
She has 2 great AoE skills. One gives advantage to the team while the other slows all enemies down. She is essentially a crowd control team member.
Although she works best in a First Order team(Kylo Ren/First Order Storm Trooper/First Order Officer/TIE Pilot), you can also opt for the standard teams and she will still be great.
She is also easily farmable as well. Get her after you have gotten your Galactic War essentials(Luminara).
