We don’t have an official announcement for The Last of Us Part III yet, but we are getting a ground-up remake of the first Last of Us for the PS5. Just in, PlayStation has dropped a full featurette for the gameplay and features and the remake looks phenomenal.

The remake essentially takes the first Last of Us and tries to elevate the quality so it could be just as good, if not better, than The Last of Us Part II. Besides the improved graphics, the game has also adjusted the enemy AI to make them smarter; plus they have also added some more subtle details in the animation to make the characters more believable in the cutscenes.
Though the game is expected to run for the PlayStation, there are also plans to bring The Last of Us to PC. There isn’t a release date for that version yet, but at least we know the PS5 version is coming out within the year.
