They are very different when compared to other RPGs, making them a good role-playing game, since all of the greats were usually different than the other crowd. Nevertheless, the newest installment – Torchlight 3, looks very promising.

Players who want to progress as fast as possible are looking for ways to do that. Unsurprisingly, you can do this by playing on higher difficulty. That’s why we will show you how to change your difficulty.

When you are playing on a higher difficulty in Torchlight 3, you get extra bonus effects. For example, more loot, more experience, more coins, and many other things.

However, if you play on a higher difficulty, you must surely know that the enemies will be exceptionally stronger. They will have more health and deal a lot more damage.

Nevertheless, if you are still feeling brave, this is how to change your difficulty in Torchlight 3:

  1. Start the game.
  2. Once it’s booted-up, open up the main menu.
  3. Click on Character Select (once you do this, you will be logged out from your character, which means your instances will be reset too.)
  4. Choose which character you want to play on.
  5. From there, click the Difficulty button on the top-left side of the screen.
  6. Choose appropriate difficulty and press play.

Congratulations, you can receive more experience and loot once you slay enemies in-game. However, be careful because these enemies are much more potent now.

If you want to play with other players, you must all be on the same difficulty, otherwise you can’t join a game together. Also, consider lowering your difficulty if the enemies are hard for you to handle. This can be done in the same way as increasing your difficulty. Good luck!
