Ubisoft may be gearing up for the release of their pirate RPG Skull and Bones, but fans haven’t forgotten about Rare’s expansive pirate adventure Sea of Thieves.

The game is gearing up to enter its seventh season, and just in, we have a deep dive into the game and have a look at some player options and abilities. Check it out:
Here’s the official description for Season 7:
With Season Seven soon pulling into port, it’s time to take a Deep Dive! Join members of the Sea of Thieves team to learn more about the designs and intentions behind the myriad elements, big and small, that entwine to create a richer sailing experience with Captaincy.
The video looks mostly at the ship customizability options where each captain is allowed to name a ship and fill their quarters with all kinds of special trinkets and ornaments. The game is also introducing a captain’s log with all the player’s information which can be bought and sold by other players.
There’s also a new faction that will be introduced called the Sovereign who will help increase value of your items as well as your reputation. This should add a new layer of gameplay when it comes to the lawless waters of Sea of Thieves.
Sea of Thieves is currently playable for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
