The main idea in Port Royale is to trade. Trading is the most critical factor for in-game success, but this game has multiple layers to it.
In addition to trading, many other aspects come into play like building, setting up import and export routes, and a little bit of combat on the side.
So, with that being said, we have seen similar style games, not as unique but simulation styles on the PS4 and Xbox One.
Furthermore, you will be happy to know that Port Royale 4 will be available on Xbox One and PS4. Interestingly, they haven’t left out the Nintendo players, so this game is compatible with the Nintendo Switch.
Gaming Minds Studios, Port Royale’s developers, have done a pretty good job of making the game appeal to multiple platform players. The mechanics are well adjusted for controller players too.
Well, even though that’s true, the game isn’t precisely a skill-heavy game. But, for a combat trading game which you can play laid back every night, it’s one of the best.
The graphics are awe-inspiring also. Indeed, they are not state of the art, but they are undoubtedly better than the competition for a simulation game. That being said, PS4 and Xbox One players do not have to worry if this game is supported on their platform. Have fun!
