Marvel’s Midnight Suns may have been delayed, but the character deep dives from 2K Games continue.
Just in, Christopher Odd gives us a breakdown of one of the X-Men’s most popular poster boys, James “Logan” Howlett. Watch this:
As I suspected, Wolverine’s healing factor plays a really huge role with his build and he’s been described as an ‘angry tank’. While he definitely has some moves with his claws that can deal some fast damage to opponents, his healing factor allows for him to stay in play for longer, plus there’s a chance that he can be revived after he goes down.
Hanging out with Wolverine in the Abbey also allows for your own Hunter character to earn a healing factor ability. I would have preferred claws or something, but it certainly tracks for a character like him.
So far, there are still several characters in the roster that we haven’t had a look at yet, but with the game being pushed back from its October release date, I’m sure there isn’t a rush for these deep dives. If anything, I’m kind of surprised that these breakdowns are still coming out. Hopefully by the time of release, everyone would be nice and updated on the playstyle and the learning curve won’t be so steep by then.
After centuries of sleep, Lilith, Mother of Demons, has been revived by Hydra through a twist of dark magic and science. Lilith is determined to bring back her evil master, Chthon, and when Marvel’s Midnight Suns releases, you’ll be the world’s best hope of stopping her. Fortunately, you won’t be alone. As the Hunter, a legendary demon slayer with a mysterious past, you’ll fight alongside the Midnight Suns – an unlikely group of seasoned Super Heroes and dangerous supernatural warriors. They can’t defeat Lilith without you, so to help you plan for the battles ahead we’ve put together a Marvel’s Midnight Suns game guide.
Midnight Suns has no new release date, but is expected to come out early 2023.
