It is no mystery that rapper Snoop Dogg is into video games, what with him having a Twitch stream and joining the Faze Clan. Now, for April, it has been announced that Snoop will be available to play in three Call of Duty titles.
The official COD site has announced Snoop will become a playable operator in Call of Duty: Mobile, Warzone, and Vanguard. Snoop had this to say about his involvement:
“The D O Double G is back in Call of Duty and this time I’m in the freakin’ game! Excited to be working with the COD team to bring some fly features for you all to enjoy. It’s dope….. y’all can play as me and get these sick items that have Snoop written all over them. Check it out.”
We do not get to see some gameplay, but we have images of Snoop’s outfits, from his gold-covered drip to his unique set of guns. Snoop’s weapons also have a unique death effect that lights your enemies up in a ‘mini-concert.’ The weapon will also get flashier the more kills you get.
Snoop’s first arrival to COD will be on COD: Mobile, and he’ll be available through a Lucky Draw starting on April 1. As for Snoop’s appearance in Vanguard and Warzone, the full operator bundle will be available on April 19—and this version of Snoop will be entirely different from the one players will be getting in Mobile.
Call of Duty: Mobile is now available for Android and iOS. Call of Duty: Warzone and Vanguard are now playable for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4|5.
