After releasing multiple mobile-exclusive Legends in Fade and Rhapsody in the past months, Respawn Entertainment is taking a quick break from developing all-new Legends. For Season 3, the devs have instead opted to port over a classic Legend in Ash.
Season 3 brings in the Offensive Legend Ash. While most of her abilities remain the same for mobile, the prospect of playing her with revamped Legend Perks is fascinating. We’re sure you can’t wait to unlock her in-game and get a feel for how she plays on mobile.
With this in mind, we have listed some of the few ways to unlock Ash in Apex Legends Mobile in this guide.
How to Get Ash in Apex Legends Mobile
There are two easy ways to get the classic Offensive Legend in Apex Legends Mobile – Ash Fragments or Syndicate Gold.
Ash Fragments
At Levels 1, 9, 13, 17, and 25, players of the Season 3 Battle Pass, you will be given Ash Fragments, which you must collect to unlock the Incisive Instigator in-game. A total of 10 Ash Fragments are needed to unlock Ash in-game.
Syndicate Gold
Another way to unlock the new Offensive Legend is through Syndicate Gold – 750 Syndicate Gold, to be exact.
You can only get Syndicate Gold by spending real money, so you need to have your credit card ready to unlock Ash. However, this method is the fastest way to get the new Legend in-game.
If you do not have the time to grind out those Ash Fragments through the Battle Pass, you can buy her out with 750 Syndicate Gold.
Ash Bundle (Syndicate Gold)
You can also purchase the Ash Bundle from the in-game store for 1,499 Syndicate Gold. Purchasing the bundle will get you Ash and her Intricate Marionette Epic Legend Skin plus the Piranha RE-45 Weapon Skin.
Hurry, though, as this bundle will only be available for a few days in the in-game store.
How to Unlock Ash with Ash Fragments or Syndicate Gold
With 10 Ash Fragments or 750 Syndicate Gold on hand, follow the steps below to unlock Ash in-game:
- On the Apex Legends Mobile home screen, tap on the ‘Legends’ tab:

4. Choose from any of the two options to unlock Ash:
5. Alternatively, you can purchase the Ash Bundle to get Ash along with a few Epic tier cosmetic skins.
Track and Chase
This time, Apex fans are getting more than the usual two options when acquiring the newest Legend. For Season 3, players can unlock Ash by collecting enough Ash Fragments or purchasing her from the in-game store for 750 Syndicate Gold. Alternatively, players can acquire the Incisive Instigator by purchasing the Ash Bundle for 1,499 Syndicate Gold.
