Sara has tengu blood running in her veins, but the Kujou Clan fostered her at a young age, and she has since served as part of the Tenryou Commission in Inazuma. Kujou Sara eventually became the commission’s general and swore her loyalty to the Almighty Shogun. Kujou Sara was the primary enforcer of the Vision Hunt Decree, which is the manifestation of the Raiden Shogun’s will to pursue eternity.
Despite being seen as cold, hard to approach, and a strict general of the Shogun’s Army, Kujou Sara loves the citizens of the Electro nation. Her tengu nature also shows her love for the forest and the non-human creatures living in the woods.
Sara got her Electro Vision the night before the Kujou Clan took her in. The night her home in the mountain forest was attacked by monsters. As a tengu, she was strong, but since she was but a little girl, she could not defeat the enemies. Sara fell from the cliff, unable to unfurl her injured wings. The next day, she was found by people from the Tenryou Commission and was brought to the city. Sara woke up with the sparkling Vision on her hands.

What is Character Ascension in Genshin Impact
Each character has a certain level cap depending on their current ascension phase, and a character can be ascended to 6 phases to reach the maximum character level, which is 90. Passive talents and special ascension stats will also be unlocked when a character is ascended to certain phases.

These are Crackling Electro pearls that the Thunder Manifestation leaves behind. You can get a few of these when you defeat the pure Electro energy creature in its nest at Amakumo Peak in Seirai Island, Inazuma.
Dendrobium: 168
This Inazuma local specialty material is a vibrant plant that has also been named the “lycoris” by the poets. This flower was thought to be extinct in the Inazuma archipelago but suddenly re-emerged on the battlefield. People now believe that Dendrobiums bloom most enchantingly where much blood is spilled.
Vajrada Amethysts
These mineral crystals can be obtained from boss enemies that manipulate the Electro element. Boss enemies such as Electro Regisvines, Electro Hypostasis, Primo Geovishap, the Raiden Shogun Puppet, the Thunder Manifestation, and Azhdaha.
You can also get these from quest and commission rewards by crafting them using the ones with lower rarity levels.
The amounts needed for each are as follows: Vajrada Amethyst Sliver: 1; Vajrada Amethyst Fragments: 9; Vajrada Amethyst Chunks: 9; Vajrada Amethyst Gemstones: 6.
Hilichurl Masks
These are masks worn by different types of Hilichurls and will be dropped when you defeat them. The Stained and the Ominous ones can be crafted via the crafting bench in the city.
The amount needed for each is as follows: Damaged Mask: 18; Stained Mask: 30; Ominous Mask: 36.
Ascension Phase 1
This first ascension will be done after the character reaches level 20, and they cannot proceed to the next level without ascending to the next phase. The character level cap will be increased to 40, and Kujou Sara’s first passive talent, Immovable Will, will be unlocked.

Ascension Phase 2
Ascension Phase 2 can be reached at character level 40 and will increase the character level cap to 50. After this ascension, the character’s talents can now be upgraded or leveled up. Kujou Sara will also unlock a special ascension stat on this phase, the ATK% Bonus of 6%.

After reaching level 50, Kujou Sara can be ascended to ascension phase 3, increasing her character level cap to 60. The 3rd ascension phase will also increase the ATK% Bonus special stat from 6% to 12%. Additionally, Kujou Sara’s combat talents can increase up to level 4.

What are the Talent Level-Up Materials for Kujou Sara
To level up Kujou Sara’s combat talents, you will need Mora, hilichurl masks, and a few Ashen Hearts.
The Ashen Heart is a deformed fragment containing powerful emotions obtained after defeating Signora in the Tenshukaku: Duel to the Fiery Death trounce domain.
You will also need talent scrolls of the “Elegance” series that you can get when completing the challenge in the Violet Court Domain of Mastery: Thundering Valley.
These books include the Teachings of Elegance, Guide to Elegance, and the Philosophies of Elegance. The last two can be crafted using the crafting bench in the town.
Leveling a combat talent up from level 9 to 10 will need a Crown of Insight, a special item that can only be obtained as a reward from the game’s events.
