Side Missions
Teyon’s RoboCop: Rogue City’s side missions are called Secondary Objectives. The player does not have to complete every single one of these Secondary Objectives to experience the game’s main story. However, these can enrich the game’s setting and core story.
A couple of these Secondary Objectives are linked to specific trophies. As a result, completing them all is worthwhile to gain extra experience points for upgrades and those few other milestones. In RoboCop: Rogue City, fulfilling a Secondary Objective will net the player 50 XP.
There are a total of 26 Secondary Objectives in RoboCop: Rogue City. The following are guides for each of these side missions:
Locked and Loaded
To receive this secondary objective, the player must be in the Police Station for the first time. This is right after the ‘Breaking News’ objective and after the game’s title is shown on screen. The player can then start the ‘Locked and Loaded’ side mission in the Locker room of the Police Station. Here, a Police Officer named Officer Ramirez will ask for RoboCop’s help.
The player must do the following to complete this side mission:
- First, the player must go to the Locker Room of the Police Station. To reach this area, start from the main, central area of the police station. This is where civilians line up and complain. Then, head to the southwestern part of the room to find a doorway. From this doorway, head more to the southwest to find a larger doorway.
- Following that, upon entering the Locker Room, the player will hear Officer Ramirez complain about her locker not being fixed. Officer Kaplan will then reply that the Police Station will not spend anything on their equipment.
- Next, the player must approach Officer Ramirez and talk to her once the prompt for it appears. After RoboCop asks her what the problem is, Office Ramirez will reply that her locker will not open, so she will ask the player to try opening it.
- After that, approach her locker and, once the prompt appears, press and hold the appropriate button to try to open it.
- Then, once the player has opened Officer Ramirez’s locker, a bunch of what seems to be smoke bombs will drop from her locker. Officer Kaplan will then say that they wanted her to be safe out in the field, implying that it is a prank they set up. Everyone around them will then laugh.
- Finally, the ‘Locked and Loaded’ side mission is now completed!
Too Many Complaints
The player will receive this secondary objective the first time the player visits the Police Station. To start this secondary objective, the player must go to the central area of the Police Station. This is after RoboCop is repaired at the beginning of the game. Upon reaching this point, a police officer named Officer Chessman will ask the player to help him.
To complete this side mission, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must head to the main part of the Police Station.
- Then, the player will find Office Chessman. Talk to him, and he will say that Reed is in the briefing room and he can’t keep up because of the number of complaints being filed. So, he will ask RoboCop to open another line to help him.
- After that, the player must now take the spot on the podium. To do this, the player must stand behind the desk with the computer on the left side of Office Chessman. Trigger the ‘open a new line’ prompt when it appears. Three complainants will then stand in a line in front of the player.
- Next, the first complainant, Dog Lover, will talk to the player. He will tell the player that his neighbors are hostile towards him, and he thinks it is because they are jealous of his new dog. After RoboCop asks, he will say that he named his dog “Fire” because of its red coat and that it likes to hide, so he yells for its name. So, he will ask the player to do something about his neighbors. For this, the player will get two options: to tell the complainant that he disrupts public order and issue him a ticket or just to say now and issue him a warning. The player can choose any of these options. However, it is vital to note that the player will get either Uphold the Law or Public Trust Points, depending on the chosen answer.
- The next complainant, called Informant, will talk to the player. He will tell the player he knows where the police can find a wanted criminal. He will then point to a poster about a reward for that information and say that he wants that reward. After RoboCop asks for details, he will say he is the actual man in the poster. Because of this so-called information, he will ask for the reward money. RoboCop will then say that he must detain the “Informant,” but he will ask if he will still get the reward. Again, the player will have two options: to tell the criminal that he can hope for a reduced sentence or that he will not get the reward. The player can select any one of these answers. Again, depending on the answer, the player will receive Uphold the Law or Public Trust Points.
- Then, once that is done, the last complainant, called the Concerned Mother, will talk to the player. She will say that she wants to report his son missing. RoboCop will ask how old her son is, and she will answer that her son is 24 but that he has never been gone for so long without letting his mother know. After RoboCop asks how long it has been, she will answer that it has been over two days now that he is missing. Because of that, RoboCop will say they do not consider an adult missing within 72 hours. The Concerned Mother will then beg RoboCop and say that something is wrong and that they must find him. For this, the player will get the following two options: telling her to give RoboCop details or to tell her to come back after 24 hours. The player may choose any of these answers. Again, depending on the selected response, the player will get Uphold the Law or Public Trust Points.
- After accommodating all three complaints, the player will complete the ‘Too Many Complaints’ side mission! Officer Chessman will then thank RoboCop.
Stinky Situation
The player will also get the ‘Stinky Situation’ side mission on the player’s initial visit to the Police Station. To start this secondary objective, the player must head to the hallway just past the door on the northern side of the central area of the police station.
The player must perform the following to complete this side mission:
- First, the player must go to the hallway north of the main part of the police station.
- Next, the player will find Officer Estevez just before a vending machine in this location. Talk to Officer Estevez; she will tell the player she can handle blood and guts but not puke. Because of that, Officer Estevez will ask the player to move the drunk guy sitting on the bench for her. She will also say that RoboCop has special gloves and extra protection to convince the player to do it.
- After that, the player must approach the drunk guy on the chair. Press the appropriate button to pick the guy up when the prompt appears. Officer Estevez will then tell the player to bring the drunk guy downstairs.
- Then, while carrying the drunk guy, head down the flight of stairs on the left side of Officer Estevez.
- Following that, after going down a level, turn to the left and head straight through an open gate.
- Next, the player must take the second doorway on the right after going straight for a short while. This is the doorway right after the room with the firing range.
- After that, as the player and the drunk guy pass a police officer named Officer Stef, the officer will tell the player to just put the drunk guy in one of the empty cells. Head straight ahead to the opened cell.
- Then, inside the cell, approach the bed. Once the prompt appears, press the appropriate button to put the drunk guy down.
- Finally, the ‘Stinky Situation’ Secondary Objective is completed! RoboCop will even tell the drunk guy to sleep tight!
Stolen Vehicle
The player must take on ‘The Search for Soot’ Primary Objective to get the’ Stolen Vehicle’ Secondary Objective. This is the player’s initial visit to the downtown area after visiting the Police Station at the beginning of the game. The player can trigger this side mission by heading to a specific point on the map of the area.
To trigger and complete the ‘Stolen Vehicle’ side mission, the player must do the following in RoboCop: Rogue City:
- First, just after arriving downtown, the player must take the street north of the police car. A black car is parked next to a fire hydrant on this street. Once the player is near the end of the road, Sgt. Warren Reed will call the player and say Mayor Kuzak reported stealing his niece’s car. Sgt. Warren Reed will then ask the player to prioritize it and start asking questions at some local garages. He will inform the player that the vehicle is a blue SUX 6000.
- After that, from this street, head to the street that leads to the east. At the end of this street, follow the path that leads north. While on this path, the player will find an open garage on the left.
- Afterward, head inside this car garage, and the player will find a mechanic crouched on the ground next to a car lift. Approach the mechanic and talk to him once the prompt appears. The mechanic, Ben, will say that he hardly ever deals with fancy cars and names after the player gives him the details. After the player asks for information, Ben will say he worked on a car similar to the stolen one. However, he will ensure that it is not the one the player is looking for.
- After RoboCop asks for permission to search the shop, Ben becomes agitated. The player will then get three options: to say that delaying an investigation is a crime, to say that he has not been harassed yet, or to say that it was not RoboCop’s intention. Select any of these options, and Ben will allow the player to search the place.
- Next, the player must head to the east of the room. Here, the player must head up a flight of stairs and enter the room on the left. Inside, head towards the southwestern corner of the room and scan the material on the floor tagged with the question mark. The player will then be able to read a letter from a person called ‘J’ to Ben, saying that a person named Scott is at it again. The letter says that J saw Scott hiding something in his locker several times while looking over his shoulder.
- Then, head back down the flight of stairs and return to Ben. The player must talk to him when the prompt appears. Ben will decline once RoboCop asks for access to one of their lockers. After confirming that they have nothing to hide, Ben will then say that the locker that he thinks is of interest belongs to a boy named Scott, who works for him from time to time. He will then admit that he felt that Scott might have something to do with the stolen car.
- After that, Ben will bring RoboCop to the locker in question. The player must then approach Scott’s locker and scan the materials inside. After scanning, the player will find various car theft tools inside. RoboCop will then ask where Scott is, and Ben will reply that he has not turned up for work for some time. He will also say that two thugs came to look for him, so he knows Scott is in trouble. He will continue to say that he has overheard Scott talking about a place where he does car jobs on the side. However, he only knows it is one of the garages near the local storage compartments. The player will then have four choices that will give details about Scott. Once done, the player can select the ‘(Leave)’ option. With that, Ben will tell RoboCop to ensure that Scott is not harmed as he is a good kid who deserves a second chance.
- Next, exit the garage through the doorway on the southern part of the room. Go to the left, then take the path that leads south, then the next street that leads west. The player must go straight until the player reaches the end of the street. Head for the alley on the right that leads north there, and the player will find a closed garage. The player must approach the garage and hold the appropriate button to enter it once the prompt appears.
- Following that, inside, go straight and pass through the doorway on the right. From here, face to the southeast to find another doorway and pass through that. Head straight and approach the closed door on the right. Press and hold the appropriate button to open it. Inside, follow the path of the room to reach another closed door. Behind it, the player will hear Scott talking to himself. Open the closed door by pressing and holding the appropriate button.
- Then, here, the player will find Scott. Approach him to talk to him. After RoboCop asks about the stolen car, Scott will deny involvement. RoboCop will then inform him about the evidence in Ben’s shop, so Scott will say that he doesn’t want to cause any more trouble, especially for Ben. The player will then get two choices: to say that the best thing to do is to confess or to say that his actions have consequences. Select any of the choices, and Scott will admit that he stole the SUX but was forced to steal it. He will then say that he cannot reveal who forced him as they would take revenge on Ben. Scott and the player will then hear a loud sound, so Scott will say that it must be the thugs.
- Afterward, head back out the doorway and proceed to the path the player previously took. The player must now defeat all the threats in the area. To continue, the player must eliminate a total of five threats.
- Next, Scott will say that he will tell RoboCop anything he wants if RoboCop helps him fix the situation. After RoboCop asks, Scott will say that he is sure the stolen car is still in their chop shop, a warehouse on the northeastern side of the map. The player will again get four choices that detail Scott’s situation. Once done, the player can select the (Leave) option. Then, the player must head to the garage doors and press and hold the appropriate button to leave the garage.
- Following that, the player must take the path that leads east and the next path that leads north. This will bring the player to a street with a ‘Wash & Go’ across it. From here, follow the street that leads north and head for the next path on the right with an opened gate. The player must go straight from the gate and take the next path on the left. Head for the garage doors with the red lights. Approach the garage doors, then press and hold the appropriate button to enter it.
- Then, upon entering the garage, the player must look at the floor just ahead and scan some footprints. This will then say that the footprints possibly lead to a hidden entrance. The player must then face back towards the garage doors and head to its right side. Here, RoboCop must scan a material next to the garage doors behind some metal barrels. This will reveal it to be a secret button, so press the appropriate button to press it.
- Next, the hidden entrance will open, and the player must defeat all threats. The player will have to eliminate a total of six threats inside.
- The player must head straight from the secret entrance towards another large gate. Approach the gate, then press and hold the appropriate button to lift it.
- After that, inside, the player has to eliminate more threats. Here, the player has to defeat nine enemies, but the player will initially find only seven.
- Then, from the lifted gate, the player must head to the left of the parked van and up the small set of stairs. Follow this path west of the room to find a flight of stairs. Head up the flight of stairs, follow the path on the left to head east, and take the small stairs on the left to cross the bridge to the opposite side of the room. The player must then follow the path on the right to enter another doorway. An enemy will then emerge from the door ahead, which the player must eliminate. The last enemy is on the right side of the room.
- Following that, the player must pass through the doorway near the last enemy. The player will find a glowing orange button on the pillar ahead. Approach the glowing button, then press and hold the appropriate button to press it. A large door will then open to reveal the stolen blue SUX 6000.
- Next, the player can head down the lower level by going to the right edge of the rail and dropping down the ledge. Head towards the secret entrance of the area, approach the garage doors, then press and hold the appropriate button to leave the garage.
- After that, once outside, Scott will ask the player if he could return the car to the owner and apologize. The player will then get two choices: to tell Scott he is under arrest or that he can retrieve it himself. The player can choose whichever option they want. However, selecting the first choice will give the player Uphold the Law points, and selecting the second one will give Public Trust points.
- Finally, the ‘Stolen Vehicle’ Secondary Objective is now completed!
Who Killed Casey Carmel?
In the Downtown area, the player will receive the ‘Who Killed Casey Carmel?’ side mission. This is during ‘The Search for Soot’ main mission near the beginning of the game. To get it, the player must find Officer Kurtz in the northwestern part of the map of the area.
The player must do the following to trigger and complete this side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City:
- First, the player must find Officer Kurtz to trigger the secondary objective. Again, the player can find him northwest of the Downtown area. Here, the player will find Officer Kurtz on a crime scene in front of a police car. He will call RoboCop’s attention and say he saw him on the TV. Then, the player will receive the ‘Who Killed Casey Carmel?’ secondary objective.
- Following that, the player must talk to Officer Kurtz, who will say that RoboCop is his favorite TV star. Officer O’Neal will then enter the conversation and confirm Officer Kurtz’s love for RoboCop. The player will then get three choices: to say, “Just doing my duty,” “I am even better live,” and “Television likes to exaggerate.” The player can choose any of these options.
- After RoboCop asks, the officers will explain that the murder victim is a white female named Casey Carmel. Officer Kurtz will then say that she had a history of petty crime and prostitution, but that is her real name. He will then continue that the case is closed because the OCP will not spend anything on the murder of a prostitute. So, if RoboCop were to investigate, he would expose the OCP to extra costs. The player will then get four choices: “Is that homeless man involved?”, “What do you think about the murder?”, “OCP is too worried about costs,” and “(Leave).” Each choice, except for the last one, will give details about the murder. The player can select any of the choices. Once done, the player can select the ‘(Leave)’ option.
- Then, the player must now investigate the crime scene. To start, the player must approach the dead body ahead. The player can analyze three clues on the body. One is the unidentified oil-based substance on her arm. Another is the scuff marks on her heel with the other heel missing. The last one is the wound on the victim’s head.
- Next, the player must then investigate other parts of the crime scene. The player can use the RoboCop Vision to help see important environmental objects. At the crime scene, the player will find some blood with a type AB blood type, some tire tracks of wheels with custom extended wheelbase, and the victim’s missing shoe.
- After that, the player must now talk to the witness. The player can find this witness near where the tire tracks are found. Approach the witness, then press and hold the appropriate button to talk to him. The witness, called Paranoid Vagrant, will say that he can help find the suspect, but RoboCop must accept the truth. After a bit of rambling, RoboCop will ask about the tire tracks. The Paranoid Vagrant will then say he knows where to find a guy that matches the description. He will say the guy is in the film set near the courthouse. The player will then again get four choices: “Tell me about the aliens,” “Tell me about the filming set,” “What is the purpose of your list?” and “(Leave).” The player can select any of these choices to get more details. Once you’re done, select the ‘(Leave)’ option to leave the conversation.
- Following that, the player must now head to the film set. To go there, the player must head to the southwestern part of the map of the Downtown area. Here, the player will find a guard in a suit and sunglasses.
- Next, approach the guard, and he will say they are shooting a TV commercial for Sunblock 5000. After RoboCop questions it, he will explain that they are running later than expected because of some problems. The player will then overhear Jerry Jenkins complaining that they should find another understudy to finish their work. The Set Manager will then tell the guard to let RoboCop in.
- Then, approach the Set Manager and press the appropriate button to talk to her. After a bit of dialogue, RoboCop will ask her to let him look around. The Set Manager will then say that RoboCop may help with her problem, which is the guy earlier, Jerry Jenkins. She will say that she needs RoboCop to find a reason to cancel Jerry’s contract. In return, she will allow RoboCop access to the area without a warrant. The player will then get three options: “Your proposal is punitive,” “The guilty will pay,” and “I only seek justice.” The player can choose any of these options. She will then tell the player to start with the computer.
- After that, the player must investigate the area. As the Set Manager said, the player can start with the computer. The player must go straight ahead from the Set Manager and head to the west to find it. The player will find the computer on a table near the green screen. Press the appropriate button to use the computer. On it, scroll down to a message from someone named Barney Burke. In the message, Barney suggests getting a prostitute for Jerry and his bad mood. The player can also scan other materials in the area, like the tire tracks, the sunblock, and the storyboards.
- Following that, the player must now talk to Jerry Jenkins. He is sitting down near the opposite side of the film set. Approach him and press the correct button to talk to him. The player will then get two choices: “(Clue) You were covered in Sunblock” and “(Clue) Your messages prove your involvement”. The player can select any of the options. Jerry will then say that the Set Manager sent RoboCop to screw him over. He will suggest questioning her about the guy she hired as the understudy.
- Next, the player must talk to the Set Manager again. The player can find her in between the green screen and storyboard. Approach the Set Manager and press the appropriate button to talk to her. She will then say that Jerry was the one who recommended the understudy for the job. Also, she will suggest that the player check the camera footage to see that Jerry and the understudy are friends. The player will then get three choices: “ Why hire the understudy?”, “Where is the understudy now?” “I will verify the footage. (Leave)”. The player can choose the first two to get more details. Once you’re done, choose the last one to exit the conversation.
- Then, the player must face to the left to find a screen. Approach the screen and press the appropriate button to play the camera footage. It will then show that Jerry did, in fact, avail of prostitution services from the understudy.
- After that, the player must talk to Jerry Jenkins again. Approach him and press the correct button to talk to him. Jerry, however, will deny being involved with the prostitute. The player will get two choices: “Withholding information is a crime.” and “Confess now or else…”. The player can choose any of these. Eventually, Jerry will say that the understudy works at a gas station nearby.
- Following that, the player must now head to the gas station. From the guard near the entrance of the film set, follow the street that leads north, then take the next street that leads east. Follow this street until the player reaches the Hell gas station.
- Next, approach the door on the western side of the establishment. This door will have a green handprint. Scan the handprint, and the player will see a smear of the same sunblock found on the victim’s arm. ‘Breach Warrant Granted’ will appear on screen. With that, RoboCop will be able to breach the door.
- Afterward, the player must press the appropriate button to breach the door. Enter the room and head towards the doorway on the right. On the way, the player will start to hear the understudy. Just after the doorway, the player will find the understudy in his boxers covered in blue and green colors similar to the sunblock. He will then ask for help as he says it burns his skin. He will then say that he is innocent and that Jerry Jenkins killed Casey Carmel. He will admit that he arranged their meeting but was gone when it happened. Then, when he came back, she was already dead, so she got rid of the body. The player will then get four options: “Why meet here?”, “What was his motive?” “Why not call for help?” and “I will verify your statement (Leave).” The player can select the first three choices to get more details. Select the last option to leave the conversation.
- Then, the player must investigate the area. Here, the player will find that the tire tracks near the vehicle will match. There is also a bed inside a room in the northern part of the room with the suspect. The player can scan the bed and find three clues. One is blood that matches the blood type found on the crime scene. Another is a pair of glasses whose model matches Jerry Jenkins’s. Lastly, the player will find a hammer that matches the victim’s cranial lesions. On the right wall of this room, the player will also find a camera lens concealed, meaning a hidden room exists.
- Afterward, return to the room with the vehicle and head to the space in front of the vehicle. Here, the player will find a tall, blue shelf. Approach it, and a prompt will appear to make a way. Press and hold the appropriate button to do that. Doing so will reveal a hidden room. Enter the hidden room and go towards the northwest corner. Approach the screen and press the correct button to play the footage. Here, the player will find that Jerry Jenkins did kill Casey Carmel.
- Following that, head back out and talk to the Understudy. RoboCop will tell him that he is guilty of concealing a chrome and desecration of a corpse. The ambulance will arrive, and the medic will bring the understudy in.
- Next, the player must return to the film set to arrest Jerry Jenkins. Head towards the southwestern part of the map to get to the film set again. Approach Jerry Jenkins in the green screen area of the set. RoboCop will then arrest Jerry Jenkins while in the middle of a shoot.
- Finally, the cops will take Jerry Jenkins in, and the player has now completed the ‘Who Killed Casey Carmel?’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City.
The Discount Dealer
To trigger this secondary objective, the player must be in the downtown area during the primary objective of ‘The Search for Soot.’ The player must find Officer Kowalsky next to his cop car on Linwood Street and Broadstreet Avenue.
To trigger and complete this side mission, the player must perform the following in RoboCop: Rogue City:
- First, the player must find Officer Kowalsky. From the police car, the RoboCop used to get into the area, follow the street, and head to the west. Keep heading in this direction until the player reaches the street with a pawn shop on the corner. From here, follow the street to head slightly north. Here, the player will find Officer Kowalsky next to his police car on the left side of the road. Officer Kowalsky will then try to get the player’s attention and ask for help. The player will receive ‘The Discount Dealer’ as a secondary objective.
- After that, the player must now talk to Officer Kowalsky. He will then say that he is trying to catch a drug dealer who steals drugs from other dealers and sells them at half the price. The officer will then show RoboCop the drug user he arrested who buys from the dealer in question, who won’t say the sketchy dealer’s location. The arrested guy will then deny knowing any dealer, to which the officer will reply that the guy was caught carrying from three different pushers. After a while, the player will get two choices: to say, “I will make him cooperate,” or to say, “Letting them steal means fewer drugs on the streets.” Whichever option the player chooses, the arrested guy will reveal that the dealer’s name is Maurice. He will then say he doesn’t know how to find him as he always arranges meetups over the phone. The arrested kid will then give the dealer’s number. Officer Kowalsky will then say they could collect the Nuke from the neighborhood if they catch this dealer.
- Next, the player must find a payphone. To find one, follow the street to head north from Officer Kowalsky. On the left sidewalk near the corner of the street, the player will find a lit payphone. However, upon scanning, it will say that it is out of order. Continue following this sidewalk as it will lead northeast past the arcade. Eventually, the player will find an alley on the left just before the cinema. The player will find a working payphone on the wall beside the alley.
- Then, approach the payphone and hold the appropriate button to call the drug dealer. Once Maurice answers, the player will have three choices: to say, “I would like to try Nuke,” “Too busy to earn some money?” and “Shouldn’t clients take priority?”. The player can choose whichever answer they want, and Maurice will realize that RoboCop is the one calling. Eventually, another dealer will knock on Maurice’s door. Because of that, Maurice will ask for the player’s help. He will then give his location: apartment six at the back of a red building near the supermarket.
- Then, the player must head to Maurice’s address. From the player’s current location, go through the alley near the payphone. The open part of the area faces to the south. The player will find a white door with a light above it. Approach the door, then press and hold the correct button to enter.
- After that, inside, the player must head up the flight of stairs and follow the hall ahead that leads north. At the end, turn right and head up the flight of stairs. Take the next hall, which leads south. The player must then enter the next open room with the blue light. Inside, follow the arrow to the doorway, enter the doorway ahead with the pink light, then turn left.
- Next, the player must look at the floor to find footprints. Scan the footprints with traces of psychoactive substances and follow its trail. The footprints will lead the player back out of the room and continue down the hall, which now leads west, up another flight of stairs, towards a white door that leads to the roof. Press and hold the appropriate button to head to the roof.
- Following that, the player will find three guys pointing guns at Maurice. The guys with guns will then explain that they are angry because their customers are complaining about their prices because of Maurice’s low prices. After a few more bits of dialogue, the player must defeat all three threats.
- Then, while standing on the ledge, Maurice will ask the player to convince him, or he will jump. Maurice will jump off the ledge if he doesn’t trust RoboCop enough. Otherwise, the player will get three options: a Psychology 2 option to say, “What will you sell without your dealers?” a Clue option and say, “Soot is looking for you,” or say that “The jump could be fatal.” With the first option, RoboCop will convince Maurice not to jump and go to jail.
- Finally, whichever option the player chooses, the player will complete ‘The Discount Dealer’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City!
Time To Repent
The player must take on ‘The Search for Soot’ primary objective to get the ‘Time To Repent’ secondary objective. For this, the player must find the police informant inside the ghost house in the Downtown area during the mentioned primary objective.
Once that is done, the player must then leave the area. Outside, the player will get four options when talking to Pickles, the police informant. The player can select the first three options to know more about Officer Briggs and then, once done, select the ‘(Leave)’ option to end the conversation. Before that, however, Pickles will ask RoboCop for a favor.
He will say that he wants to return Officer Briggs’ wristwatch, and he wants RoboCop to return it to his family. However, RoboCop doesn’t want to return something stolen, so he tells Pickles that he will ensure the family receives it from the repentant thief. Pickles will hesitantly agree. The player will then get two options: to go there now or just meet there later. The player can select the second option to meet there later.
To complete the ‘Time To Repent’ secondary objective, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must head to Officer Brigg’s apartment. The player can find this at the end of the street north of RoboCop’s cop car. There, the player will find Pickles. He then says he wants to get it over with as the watch is burning a hole in his pocket. Head up the stairs and press the appropriate button to enter the building.
- Then, inside, head up another small set of stairs and forward. Pickles will say that the apartment they are looking for is apartment 21. To find that, face to the right and head up a flight of stairs. Once up a level, face to the right and back to head up another set of stairs and one more level. Here, follow the hallway on the right and approach the first door on the left. The player is now at apartment 21.
- Following that, near the door, press the appropriate button to knock on the door. Officer Briggs’ wife, Gail, will open the door. She will then let RoboCop in but refuses to let Pickles in and closes the door on him. Gail will then say that she is sure Pickles has something to do with Officer Briggs’s absence. While talking to her, the player will get four choices: ‘What do you know about his last case?’, ‘What was his last known location?’, ‘Is Pickles involved?’, and “(Leave).” The player can select the first three choices to get more details. Once done, select the last choice. After some dialogue, Gail will ask RoboCop to tell her son to come home. RoboCop will agree, and she will say that her son is playing on the nearby basketball court.
- Afterward, the player must head to the basketball court. Approach the main door of Gail’s apartment and press the correct button to open it and leave. Head to the right and head down the flight of stairs at the end of the path. Go down another set of stairs, go to the left, head down another set of stairs, and approach the main door. Press the correct button to leave the building. Once outside, follow the street on the left that leads east. The player will eventually find a basketball court right behind a fence. Pass through the fence doorway and head to the southwestern corner of the area. Here, the player will find two persons.
- Next, approach them and press the appropriate button to talk to them. One of them will then diss RoboCop. The player will get three options: “Your conduct is unbecoming of an athlete,” “I am an ankle breaker, too,” and “I am more than this metal shell.” The player can select any of these options. Eventually, Pickles will tell them they are looking for a kid named Daniel, who was playing earlier. One of them will then say that he saw some kids drawing with chalk.
- After that, head to the left and follow the police tape that leads south. Here, the player will find some chalk drawings on the floor. Continue heading south, and the player will find a gate under the bridge. On the gate, there are more chalk drawings. Approach the gate and press the appropriate button to open the gate. Enter through the gate and continue heading south. The player will reach an open area with a lot of chalk drawings.
- Then, the player must investigate the area for clues about Daniel’s whereabouts. The player will find some oil spillage with shoe prints in the middle of the area. The player will then detect many shoe prints all over the area.
- Following that, follow the trail that leads east, and the player will find chalk pieces near a vehicle. Approach the back part of the vehicle and, once the prompt appears, press the correct button to move it. Doing so will reveal a path. Follow the trail of shoe prints inside this path, where the player will hear gunshots. Head for the doorway of a gated fence at the end of the path.
- Here, the player will find three kids playing with a gun and shooting at a teddy bear. Once the kids notice RoboCop and Pickles, two will run away and leave Daniel behind. Daniel drops the gun, which will accidentally fire towards RoboCop. He will apologize and say that he knows the truth that his dad is missing. He will also say that he knows his dad will not come back. Daniel will then explain that he thinks someone got the drop on him. He will then say that it won’t happen to him. Pickles will then take Daniel to sit down and talk. He will explain that his dad’s a stickler for rules because it’s the right thing to do, which takes strength. Pickles will then tell how Daniel’s dad helped him and opened his home to him. He will then ask Daniel if his mom probably needs the same support from him. Pickles will then give Daniel Officer Briggs wrist watch.
- Afterward, RoboCop agrees to only give Daniel a warning, and Pickles will bring Daniel home. Finally, the player has completed the ‘Time To Repent’ secondary objective!
Get Well, Lewis
To get the ‘Get Well, Lewis’ secondary objective, the player must return to the Police Station after the ‘Soot’s Final Score’ primary objective. For this, the player must talk to Officer Chessman.
The player must perform the following to receive and complete the ‘Get Well, Lewis’ side mission:
- First, the player must find Officer Chessman. The player can find him in the northern hallway from the main part of the police station. He is in front of the vending machine. As the player approaches, he will try to get RoboCop’s attention and say it is about Lewis. The player will receive the ‘Get Well, Lewis’ secondary objective.
- Afterward, approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to Officer Chessman. He will then say that he and several other officers signed a get-well card for Officer Lewis, so he thought RoboCop would also want to sign it. He says he just wants Officer Lewis to know they are with her. The player will get two choices: to say, “Lewis will like that,” or “I would like to sign the card.” The player can select any of the choices to continue. Officer Chessman will then say that they need a few signatures. So, he will ask RoboCop to ask the other officers so he can take a break. He will suggest starting with Officer Kowalsky hiding in the lobby.
- Next, the player must find Officer Kowalsky. To do that, the player must head to the main area of the police station just south of Officer Chessman. The player must investigate the area to find Officer Kowalsky. Here, the player will find Officer Kowalsky sobbing behind a divider on the eastern side of the room.
- After that, the player must talk to Officer Kowalsky by approaching him and pressing the appropriate button. He will say that he was just collecting his thoughts instead of crying. After asking him to sign the get-well card, he will agree and say that it is a good idea. He will then ask the player to pass the card along to another officer as he wants to stay there longer. The player will again get two options: to say, “Take your time,” or to say, “No crying on the force.” To continue, the player can select any of the options given. Officer Kowalsky will then suggest asking Officer Kurtz to sign the card. He will say that he last found Officer Kowalsky in the locker room.
- Then, the player must look for Officer Kurtz and let him sign the card. As Officer Kowalsky mentioned, Officer Kurtz is in the locker room. To head there, the player must head for the door in the southern part of the main part of the station. From there, continue heading south through a white doorway. Inside this is the locker room; upon heading to the main part of the room, Officer Stef will mention that Officer Kurtz is in the shower. The player must head east of the locker room to find the shower area. The player will hear Officer Kurtz singing while showering in the last cubicle.
- Next, approach Officer Kurtz’s cubicle and press the appropriate button to talk to him. He then says he would love to sign the card but does not want it to get wet. Because of that, he will ask the player to get his towel for him. The towel is colored yellow and was found in his locker.
- Afterward, the player must get Officer Kurtz’s towel. The player can find this yellow towel set above Officer Kurtz’s locker. This is on the northern side of the row of lockers in the middle of the main locker room. Upon finding it, approach it, then press and hold the appropriate button to get Officer Kurtz’s yellow towel.
- Next, the player must bring the towel to Officer Kurtz. Still, the player can find him in the shower area. Approach his cubicle, then press and hold the correct button to hand the towel over to him. Officer Kurtz will then sign the card and say that Officer O’Neal has not signed it yet. So, he will ask the player to bring the card to her. He will reveal that Officer O’Neal is at the firing range.
- After that, the player must now find Officer O’Neal. As Officer Kurtz mentioned, she is at the firing range of the police station. To head there, the player must leave the shower area and the locker room and head north to reach the station’s main lobby. From there, pass through the doorway on the northern side of the room. The player must continue on this hallway, then pass through the next doorway on the right and down the stairs. After descending a level, the player must turn left and pass through another doorway. Continue down this hallway and head for the large doorway on the right. The player is now at the firing range. Officer O’Neal is just ahead of the doorway.
- Then, approach Officer O’Neal and press the appropriate button to talk to her. She will then say that she thinks her service weapon is incorrectly calibrated. RoboCop will offer to check the weapon out so Officer O’Neal will give it to him.
- Following that, the player must now check Officer O’Neal’s weapon. To do that, head towards one of the spots of the range, then press and hold the appropriate button to activate it. The player must shoot at targets and get at least 15 points. The player will get five points each time the player hits the target’s head and three points for hitting the torso. Once completed, RoboCop will give the weapon back.
- Afterward, Officer O’Neal will explain that she came here to blow off some steam, but her hands are shaking thinking about Officer Lewis. She will continue that she is sure Officer Lewis will pull through, but she could not say the same about her partner. The player will then get two options: to say, “I struggle to accept it too,” or “I understand.” To continue, the player can select any of the two options. Once that is done, RoboCop will ask her to sign the get-well card for Officer Lewis. Officer O’Neal will agree and say that only Sergeant Reed, who has not signed the card, is left. She will say that Sergeant Reed is in the garage.
- Next, the player must find Sergeant Reed. As Officer O’Neal said, the player can find Sergeant Reed in the garage of the police station. To head there, exit the firing range through the doorway and head down the hallway to the north. Pass through the doorway and continue heading north towards another doorway with an exit sign above. Head down the flight of stairs and continue heading north. Sergeant Reed, on the left, will call the player’s attention.
- Afterward, approach Sergeant Reed and press the appropriate button to talk to him. RoboCop will explain that he is collecting signatures on a get-well card for Officer Lewis. Sergeant Reed then says he may drill the officers hard but cares about everyone. So, he will say he wants to sign the card for Officer Lewis. The player will get two choices again: to say, “you are part of this unit,” or “You are part of this family.” The player can select any of the choices to continue. With that, Sergeant Reed will sign the card and say that they have to get the ones who shot Officer Lewis.
- Finally, the player has completed the ‘Get Well, Lewis’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City!
Server Malfunction
The player will get the ‘Server Malfunction’ secondary objective on the player’s second visit to the police station. The person who will give the player this side mission is Officer Cecil in the Records Room.
To receive and complete this secondary objective, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must take on the ‘Mandatory Evaluation’ primary objective. For this, the player must head to Sergeant Reed’s office in the northern part of the police station. With that, Officer Cecil will ask the player to scan the servers and see if they operate properly. After a few more dialogues, the player will get the ‘Server Malfunction’ secondary objective!
- Afterward, the player must investigate the area to find a server malfunction. The player must scan the remarkable spots inside the room to do that. The player will find the malfunction in the room’s northern wall here. Scan the material there, and the player will find the malfunction.
- Finally, that’s it! The player has now completed the ‘Server Malfunction’ side mission!

After going down a level, pass through a large doorway where the player will encounter three enemies. Just past the doorway, the player must take the next path on the left. Here, the player will find a door. Approach the door, then press and hold the correct button to enter the building.
- Afterward, once inside the building, the player must head forward on the corridor. At the end of the path, turn left to find another door. Approach the door and press the appropriate button to breach the door.

The player can use the RoboCop vision to see the drugs more easily. There are a total of 15 drugs to destroy her. To destroy them, the player can simply shoot them. The player can also use the gas tanks in the area to destroy multiple drugs at once.
- Finally, after destroying all the drugs, the player has completed the ‘Unwanted Goods’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City.
Biker’s Secrets

To acquire and accomplish this secondary objective, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must travel through the Steel Mill region until Officer Briggs’ trail leads them to the Quarry. This is in the area’s northern half of the map. Spike will speak to RoboCop via the speakers once the player is close to the Quarry’s gate. He will mock RoboCop and claim that he will enjoy their location because it is the center of their smuggling operations. He’ll also describe their second location, which is overrun with drugs. Then, Ulysses Washington will alert RoboCop that they are planning a trap. After RoboCop unlocks the gate to the Quarry, the player will get the ‘Unwanted Goods’ and ‘Biker’s Secrets’ side missions.
- Afterward, the player must head to a ruined building just northwest of the gate to the Quarry. The player must follow the path north from the gate until it leads to the west. On the way, the player will encounter and have to defeat a bunch of enemies.

The player will encounter some more enemies here. After defeating them, head up the small set of stairs on the left, and the player will find more flights of stairs just ahead that can go either up or down a level. Ulysses will say that maybe the other cops are giving him a hard time as he was hired to monitor RoboCop.
- After that, the player will then choose between two options: to say, “No sulking in uniform,” or to say, “Be proactive, get a different gun.” The player can select any of these choices. Once that is done, Ulysses Washington will thank RoboCop.

The player must execute the following to receive and complete the ‘Domestic Terrorist’ side mission:
- First, the player must find Max Becker and talk to him. The player must first take on the ‘Spike’s Trail’ primary objective to do that. - Following that, after a few bits of dialogue, Samantha will ask if RoboCop wants to help OCP avoid liability. So, the player will get three options: to say, “Illegally obtained evidence is invalid,” to say, “Police will catch the culprits,” or to say, “You committed an illegal act.” The player can select any of these options. Samantha will then explain that the OCP planning to charge Old Detroit residents is a loophole. It will lead to the illegal expulsion of a lot of people. Before explaining, she will say she must know if she can trust RoboCop. So, she will ask RoboCop to obtain a box from her locker. The box has an inscription that says “Bakery on the Corner.”
- After that, the player must now go to the storage facility. To do that, exit the apartment, head down the flight of stairs, and go down two levels, then head towards the door ahead to leave the building. Go to the right and back to head back to the alley that was previously used. Continue to follow this alley until the player reaches the street. Once on the street, follow the street to head south, take the next left, and follow this street, which will lead southwest. When under the bridge, follow the path towards a path that leads south. Eventually, the player will reach an open area with a few vehicles. Head for the door above a small set of stairs on the southwest corner. Approach the door and hold the appropriate button to enter the storage facility.
- Next, inside, head forward, then take the corridor that leads north. At the end, turn right, then take the next turn on the right. Continue on this corridor, and a cutscene will play where someone is trying to open Samantha Ortiz’s storage locker.
- Then, after a few bits of dialogue, a gunfight will ensue. The player must now defeat all the threats in the area. To continue, the player must eliminate around 13 enemies in the area.
- Afterward, head towards the eastern wall of storage lockers and approach the one on the right. Once the player is near, press and hold the appropriate button to open the storage unit. The player must look for the box with the “Baker on the Corner” inscription inside. The player can find this box in the middle of the shelves on the right. Approach it, then scan it. Once that is done, press the correct button to collect it. With that, the player must head towards the area’s western side to find the exit easily. Press and hold the appropriate button to leave the storage facility
- After that, the player must try to head to the streets again. Near the gate, two OCP agents will block RoboCop. Approach one of them and press the correct button to talk to them. One of the agents will say that RoboCop’s things are supposed to go to Mr. Becker. The player will then get two options: to say, “The box stays with me,” or “You can take the box.” The player can select the first choice to side with Samantha Ortiz. Selecting the second choice will result in RoboCop siding with Becker.
- Next, the player must call Samantha Ortiz. To do that, continue heading out on the street and follow the sidewalk to the east. Near RoboCop’s police car, the player will find a payphone. Approach the payphone and press the correct button to call Samantha Ortiz. What Samantha will say depends on the option the player selected earlier. If the player gave away her box, Samantha would become angry. On the other hand, if the player kept the box, she would offer to tell the player what was inside the box. Whatever the player chooses for this, she will tell the box’s contents anyway.
- Afterward, if the player did not give away Samantha’s box, the player must now leave the box in Ronny’s Grocery. To go there, follow the nearby street to the west. On the building on the right near the next turn, the player will find Ronny’s Grocery. Enter the establishment, approach the guy behind the cashier, and press the appropriate button to talk to him. After a few bits of dialogue, the store clerk tells RoboCop to leave the box in the back. The player must pass through the doorway in the room’s northwest corner. Inside, approach the shelf on the right near the cat food, then press the correct button to set Samantha’s box. Here, the player can also examine the contents of the box.
- Then, the player can exit Ronny’s Grocery, and, finally, the player will complete the ‘Domestic Terrorist’ side mission!
First Field Training
The player will be able to receive the ‘First Field Training’ side mission in the player’s second exploration of the Downtown area. This occurs after the player has explored the police station for the fourth time. Ulysses Washington will assign this secondary objective to the player.
To get and accomplish this side mission, the player must perform the following:
- First, the player must find Ulysses Washington. To do that, the player must head to the gas station near the middle of the map of the Downtown area. From here, the player must go to the basketball court northwest of the gas station. Here, the player will find Ulysses Washington inside some police tape. Ulysses is talking to someone over the radio. The player will then get the ‘First Field Training’ secondary objective.
- Next, the player must approach Ulysses Washington and press the correct button to talk to him. RoboCop will then tell him that he is his field trainer for today and ask for readiness confirmation. After he says that maybe he is not cut out for fieldwork, the player will get three options: “Do you not want to clean the streets of this city?,” “Go on, be a coward,” or “Time to take control of your life”. The player can select any of these options, and Ulysses will become ready for training.
- Afterward, an old lady will call for them from a window up a nearby building while talking. She will say that she needs their help. The player must now enter the building of the old lady. To do that, the player must head towards the doorway directly west of RoboCop. Approach the door, then press and hold the appropriate button to enter the building. Upon entering the building, the old lady will explain that her cat, Fortune, is missing. She will then say that the only place she thinks the cat might be is in the basement. Also, she will say that she has heard a commotion coming from downstairs.
- After that, the player must head to the basement and investigate the area. To do that, head towards the doorway near the old lady to find a flight of stairs. Go down a level using these stairs to reach the basement. Here, the player can investigate the scannable items in the area. However, none of these will have animal traces. At the end of the path, a bunch of wood planks block a doorway. To continue, the player must first wait for Ulysses Washington to catch up, as he will also investigate the area.
- Then, once Ulysses has caught up, he will ask if he should try to remove the planks. The player will then get two options: to say “Yes, do it” or “No, let me.” The player will be able to choose any of these options. If the player chooses the first option, Ulysses will successfully break the wood planks. On the other hand, if the player chooses the second option, the player will have to approach the blocked doorway and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- After that, the player must now investigate this next area. While following the corridor, the player finds an opening on the right with spilled strawberry jam. The player must then scan the spilled strawberry jam to find animal traces and a trail of paw prints. Follow the trail and continue on the corridor. At the end of the path, turn left, and here, Ulysses will notice that the cat stopped by the spilled paint can.
- Next, after a while, they will suddenly hear a sound coming from the piano in the corner. The player must then approach the piano and scan it to find some more animal traces. Ulysses Washington will then say that the cat must be hiding in the piano, so he will offer to lure it out. The player will then get two choices: to say, “Go ahead,” or “I will do it.” If the player chooses the first one, he will suddenly press down on the piano keys to lure it out. Otherwise, RoboCop would have to do it himself. After doing so, the cat will run out of the piano towards a narrow passage.
- Afterward, the player must then continue on the path, approach the door, and press the appropriate button to open. However, the player will discover that the door is jammed from the other side after doing so. Because of that, Ulysses Washington will offer to squeeze through the gap. The player will then get two options: to say “Permission granted” or to say “ I will handle the door.” If the player chooses the first option, Ulysses will squeeze through the gap and open the door from the other side. However, if the player chooses the second option, the player must approach the door again and press the correct button to breach the jammed door.
- Following that, once inside, RoboCop and Ulysses will hear some noise. The player must then head towards the door at the end of the path. Inside this, the player will find a large cabinet, which the player must scan to find animal traces. Once that is done, Ulysses will open it, and the cat, Fortune, will jump out. RoboCop will then tell Ulysses to bring the cat back to its owner and let RoboCop clean up the remaining mess.
- Then, the player must exit the room with the cabinet and continue on the corridor to the east. Near the end of the path, the player will hear a couple of gunshots. Continue on the path on the right. The player will find a white door at the end of the path. Approach the door and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- After that, inside, the player must defeat the enemies. The player will have to eliminate only two threats. Once that is done, approach the body of the dead victim on the eastern wall of the room. The player must scan it to start looking for clues on the body. The player must find two clues on the body. One of the clues is the gunshot wound on the abdomen of the body. The player will find the other clue on the left side of the head of the victim, which will have another bullet wound.
- Next, Ulysses will say he’s on the second floor and sees multiple armed suspects. He will continue that some are heading towards RoboCop’s location, but some are heading up the stairs. The player must then follow the basement corridors back to the flight of stairs. On the way, however, the player must eliminate many enemies. The player has to defeat around 15 threats on the way to the stairs.
- Afterward, head up the flight of stairs, then turn around to head up another level. On the way up, RoboCop will hear Ulysses Washington get shot. Once up a level, head forward and follow the hallway on the right. The player will find an open doorway on the left near the end of the hallway. Head inside the room, then look immediately to the left to find Ulysses Washington. Approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to Ulysses. RoboCop will tell him that his performance today was impressive.
- Following that, the player must now head back to the streets. To do that, head out the doorway, head to the right, then follow the next path on the left to find the flight of stairs. Head down one level using the stairs and head for the door just ahead at the bottom. Approach the door, then press and hold the correct button to exit the building.
- Finally, once the player and Ulysses are outside, the player will now complete the ‘First Field Training’ side mission for RoboCop: Rogue City!
Be Kind Rewind
The player will get the ‘Be Kind Rewind’ secondary objective on the player’s second visit to the Downtown area. This is after the player explores the police station for the fourth time. The person who will give this side mission to the player is the police informant, Pickles.
To receive and complete the ‘Be Kind Rewind’ side mission, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must find Pickles. The player must first take on the ‘Spike in a Haystack’ primary objective to find Pickles. During this main mission, Sergeant Warren Reed will contact the informer, Pickles, to find Spike. The Sergeant will give this task to the player after RoboCop talks with the Old Man in the same main mission. Once the player receives this task, the player can now try to find Pickles. The player can find Pickles outside the Cinema in the northern part of the Downtown area.
- After that, once the player finds Pickles, approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to him. Pickles will inform RoboCop about a biker who crashed near the river bank behind the mart. After a few bits of dialogue, the player can continue to talk to him to ask for more details and then leave the conversation. After doing so, Pickles will ask for RoboCop’s help. He will say that he wants help finding a VHS tape in the rental place across the street. After some dialogue, the player will get two choices: to say, “Let us proceed,” or “Perhaps later.” The player can select any of the choices, and then the player will get the ‘Be Kind Rewind’ secondary objective.
- Then, the player must head to the Video Store. From where the player found Pickles, the player can follow the street to the east and find the Video Store just after the alley on the right. Approach the entrance, then press and hold the correct button to enter the Video Store.
- Following that, upon entering, Pickles will tell RoboCop that the title has something to do with the Bible or cosmos. The player must follow Pickles, so head forward, then take the next turn and doorway on the left. Here, the player must first investigate the Drama and Thriller tapes. These are the tapes on the right upon entering the room. The player must scan both sides of the Drama and Thriller shelves. The player will find a possible match on the top shelf of the southern side of the Drama shelf. Approach the tape and press the appropriate button to examine it.
- Afterward, Pickles will say some facts about the movie. After a few bits of dialogue, the player will get three choices: “Diamonds are made under pressure,” “I request you do not give in to the pressure,” and “It takes courage to resist the pressure.” The player can select any of these choices. After a while, Pickles will say that the tape that RoboCop has is not the tape they are looking for.
- Next, the player must approach the opposite side of the Drama shelf to find another match. Approach the tape and press the correct button to examine it. Pickles will again give facts about this movie. After some dialogue, the player will again get three choices: “Alex Murphy got a second chance,” “There is always a way back,” or “Only a low-life would think that.” The player can also select any of these reply options. Pickles will then say it is still not the tape they seek.
- After that, the player must now investigate the Sci-fi and Action shelves. These shelves are in the northwestern part of the room in front of a doorway. Again, the player must scan both sides of these two shelves. The player will find a matching tape on the side near the doorway of the Sci-fi shelf. Approach the tape and press the appropriate button to examine it. After Pickles gives some facts about the tape and a few more dialogue, the player will get three options again: “You know movies. There is value in that”, “Tax avoidance is a crime,” and “Find something meaningful.” The player is also able to choose any of these. Pickles will then say it is still not the tape they seek.
- Then, on the northern side of the Action shelf, the player will find another tape with a title match. Approach the tape and press the correct button to examine it. After Pickles gives more facts about the tape, the player will get three more choices: “When the book is closed, you cannot reopen it,” “Tend to become imitations,” and “Gives hope that there is more.” The player can select any of these choices. Also, Pickles will say that the tape is not what they are looking for.
- After that, Pickles will say he found the tape on the Horror shelf. A bunch of Torch Heads will then enter the Video Store and say it is also the tape they are looking for. The Torch Heads will then point guns at Pickles and fire. A gunfight will then ensue. The player must now eliminate the Torch Heads. Here, the player will have to defeat around 11 enemies.
- Afterwards, the player must find Pickles. To do that, head towards the doorway on the western part of the room. Enter the room just ahead, go down a flight of stairs, and turn left. Head for the doorway just ahead to find the Video Store Clerk. Approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to the clerk. He will say Pickles ran out the back door, but customers must have an address to become a member. So, he will suggest that RoboCop check the computer for Pickles’ address.
- Next, head out the doorway and return to the video store’s main part. Here, the player must head towards the counter on the northern side of the room to find a computer. Approach it and press the correct button to use the computer. On it, look for the name ‘Josh Pickles’ on the list of customers. The player will then get Pickles’ address.
- After that, the player must now head back to the streets. To do that, press the correct button to turn off the computer, then go through the doorway on the southern side of the room. Turn left, approach the door at the end of the path, then press and hold the appropriate button to exit the establishment.
- Then, the player must find Pickles using his address. To go there, the player must head to the left and the alley on the player’s left. Follow this alley to the south until the player reaches a street. The player must then follow this street to the east. At the end of the street, turn right towards some partially closed metal rolling doors. Approach the opening of the leftmost rolling door to find it has been opened recently. The player must approach the handle of this rolling door and then press and hold the correct button to open it.
- Following that, head inside to find Pickles. Approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to him. Pickles will explain that he overheard some Torch Heads saying that they were running away from the police and went to the Video Store. He will continue that they had some drug money hidden on one of the VHS cases, so the police won’t take it. He needed help from RoboCop because he misheard the title of the case they put the money in. The player will then get three more choices: “I did not sign up for this,” “You will need more help for lying to me,” and “You have bigger problems than that.” To continue, the player can select any of the choices.
- Afterward, Pickles will say a few more bits of dialogue, and then the player will get two choices: to take the money and say, “I am doing this as a friend,” or to leave the money and say, “Spend it wisely.” The player will be able to choose any of these. If the player chooses the first choice, Dr. Olivia Blanche will bring it up later in the game as a sign of RoboCop’s humanity.
- Finally, whatever choice the player selects, the player will complete the ‘Be Kind Rewind’ side mission for RoboCop: Rogue City.
Attack on Courthouse
To get the ‘Attack on Courthouse’ secondary objective, the player must also explore the Downtown area for the second time. RoboCop will roam around the area this time while the sun is up. The person who will give the player this side mission is Officer Kowalsky.
To get and complete the ‘Attack on Courthouse’ side mission, the player must perform the following:
- First, the player must find Officer Kowalsky in the area. To find him, the player must follow the last street in the southern part of the area to the west. Near the end of the street, the player will find Officer Kowalsky beside an ambulance. He will ask RoboCop to give them a hand. The player will then receive the ‘Attack on Courthouse’ secondary objective.
- Afterward, approach Officer Kowalsky and press the appropriate button to talk to him. He will explain that some repeat offenders stormed the Courthouse because they thought that if they destroyed it, then their prior convictions would go away. Officer Kowalsky will say that the suspects were taken hostage and are demanding a 6000 SUX and a plane to Acapulco. He will continue thinking it may be too late if they wait for SWAT.
- After that, the player must now enter the Courthouse. The players will also get a directive to protect the innocent. To enter the Courthouse, the player must head towards the front of the ambulance, head up the flight of stairs, approach the door just ahead, and then press and hold the correct button to enter the Courthouse.
- Next, the player must find and rescue all the hostages in the area. In this first room, the player will have to eliminate many enemies. From here, the player must head up the main stairs on the southern side of the room. This flight of stairs has a large statue in the middle. Once up a level, the player must go towards the large doorway on the southern side of the room. Here, the player will find the doorway to the main courtroom blocked because of the OCP’s security system. Here, the player can hear a thug rambling from the inside. The player can try to unlock its terminal, but it will require the player to have an OCP card.
- Following that, the player must now find an OCP card. To do that, the player can head out of the doorway and go towards the next open doorway on the western side of the room. Here, the player must eliminate all the enemies in the room. The player can go down a level using the table set as a ramp just before the doorway. After the player has eliminated all the enemies, approach the table on the southern side of the room. On the corner of this table, the player can press and hold the appropriate button to take the access card.
- Then, head towards the terminal on the right side of the main door on the eastern side of the room. Press and hold the correct button to interact with it and unlock the main door. Pass through the newly opened doorway and head back up the main stairs in the southern part of the lobby. Approach the terminal on the right side of the door to the main courtroom and press the appropriate button to unlock the security door. The player must then approach the door and press the correct button to breach it.
- Afterward, inside, the player must now eliminate all the thugs. When doing so, make sure not to shoot the three hostages kneeling on the floor. However, if the player fails to keep the hostages alive, the player will still be able to complete this side mission.
- After that, the player must now go back to the streets. To do that, exit the main courthouse using the main doorway and head down the main stairs. The player must then go towards the room’s northern side to reach the building’s main doors. Approach the doors, then press and hold the correct button to exit the building.
- Finally, after exiting, Office Kowalski will say that it was a pleasure to work with RoboCop. Then, the player has now completed the ‘Attack on Courthouse’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City!
Illegal Broadcast
The player will be able to receive the ‘Illegal Broadcast’ secondary objective once the player is in the OCP Correctional Facility. This is after the player visits the police station for the sixth time after RoboCop visits the hospital for Officer Lewis and the Old Man. One of the prison guards in the correctional facility will give the player this secondary objective.
The player must execute the following to receive and complete the ‘Illegal Broadcast’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City:
- First, the player must take on the ‘Primary objective of Wendell’s Confession,’ which will interrupt RoboCop’s talk with Wendell Antonowsky. From here, head forward towards the doorway ahead, then turn left and head towards another doorway. Head for the next doorway on the right, turn right, and continue in the hallway to pass through two doorways. At the end of the path, turn left and find another doorway. Before the doorway, an injured prison guard will say that she can’t take the music that is blasting on the facility’s speakers. The player will then get the ‘Illegal Broadcast’ secondary objective.
- Next, the player must regain control of the radio room. To do that, the player must pass through the doorway, turn left, and pass through two doorways ahead. Here, the player must turn right, pass through the doorway, and defeat the enemies in the area.
- Then, if the coast is clear, continue heading north and, at the end, head for the open doorway on the northeast. Turn left, approach the doors, and press the correct button to breach it. Inside, the player will have to eliminate more enemies. Once clear, the player must head toward the doorway northwest of the room. From here, follow the path to the south and, at the end of the path, approach the doors, then press the appropriate button to breach it.
- Afterward, inside, the player must eliminate more enemies. Once defeated, the player must head towards the doors southwest of the room. Approach it and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- Follow the corridor where an enemy will charge the player with an axe. The player must head for the door on the left at the end of the corridor and press the correct button to breach it. At the end of the corridor, turn left and head for this path with two open doorways. Turn left at the end, where one more prisoner will charge the player with an axe. Head east and approach the door on the right at the end of the path. Approach the door and press the correct button to breach it.
- After that, the player must eliminate the hostile prisoners inside. Once that is done, approach the controls on the southern part of the room, then press the appropriate button to switch off the broadcast.
- Finally, the player has completed the ‘Illegal Broadcast’ secondary objective!
Armory Break-In
Once the player explores the OCP Correctional Facility, the player will get the ‘Armory Break-In’ secondary objective. RoboCop will get here following his sixth visit to the police station, after his visit to the hospital for Officer Lewis and the Old Man. One of the prison guards inside the correctional facility will give this side mission to the player.
To obtain and complete the ‘Armory Break-In’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City, the player must do the following:
- First, the player must pursue the primary objective of ‘Wendell’s Confession. ‘ A riot will interrupt RoboCop’s conversation with Wendell Antonowsky during this mission. From here, proceed to the doorway ahead, then turn left and proceed to another doorway. Continue down the hallway, passing through two doorways, until you reach the next doorway on the right. Turn left at the end of the walkway to locate another doorway. Inside this room, two prison guards will get RoboCop’s attention. One of them will say that the prisoners got into the armory and are handing out weapons to other prisoners. The player will then receive the ‘Armory Break-In’ secondary objective!
- After that, the player must now regain control of the armory. To do so, the player must go through the doorway near the prison guards, turn left, then go through two more doorways ahead. The player must turn right, enter the doorway, and eliminate the hostile prisoners in the area.
- Then, once the area is clear, the player must head towards the big, open part of the room. Here, the player must enter the Guards Post. To enter, the player must approach the door on the southern part of the structure and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- Afterward, inside, the player must eliminate the enemies. The player will have to defeat four hostile prisoners inside. Once the room is clear, the player must head for the large door on the southeast of the room. Approach the door, then press and hold the correct button to open it. Proceed on the path, approach the doors, then press the appropriate button to breach it. This next room is now the armory that RoboCop must regain control of.
- Following that, inside this room, the player must eliminate the hostile prisoners. The player will have to defeat four enemies.
- Finally, once the room is clear, the player has completed the ‘Armory Break-In’ side mission!
Fishy Situation
In order to receive the ‘Fishy Situation’ secondary objective, the player must arrive back at the police station for the seventh time. This is after the player saves Officer Lewis at the hospital in the ‘Hospital Attack’ primary objective. A guy named Lawrence will give the player this secondary objective.
The player must perform the following to get and complete the ‘Fishy Situation’ side mission:
- First, the player must find Lawrence inside the police station. To do that, the player must go to the main area of the police station. Here, the player can find a guy named Lawrence talking to Officer Estevez in the western part of the room. Once the player is near, Lawrence says he demands justice and will not leave until he knows what happened. The player will then get the ‘Fishy Situation’ secondary objective.
- Afterward, the player must now talk to Officer Estevez. Again, the player will find her talking to Lawrence in the western part of the police station lobby. Approach Officer Estevez and press the appropriate button to talk to her. She will then ask RoboCop to take over talking to the guy. Lawrence will then say that the real problem is that one of the officers ignored his call for help. Officer Estevez will reply that none of their dispatchers would do that. Lawrence will then mention that his fish shop is wrecked and that he had many offers to buy out the shop but that he would never sell out to OCP. He then says he wants to speak to the man who ignored his call.
Officer Estevez will then say that RoboCop’s new buddy, Ulysses Washington, was on dispatch duty. - Next, the player must go to the Dispatch Room and talk to Ulysses Washington. To do that, the player must head for the doorway in the northern part of the station’s lobby. From here, head toward the doorway at the end of the hallway. About halfway there, Officer Chessman will emerge from a flight of stairs, say something is happening in the Locker Room, and invite RoboCop to check it out.
- Then, the player must investigate the disturbance in the Locker Room. To do that, the player must head back out to the main area of the police station. From here, the player must head towards the doorway southwest of the room. Inside, continue to the right and pass through the next doorway. Here, Officer Stef will confront Ulysses Washington, saying that it was Ulysses who was in dispatch when his cousin called the police, and his cousin got shot because no police showed up. Ulysses Washington replied that there appeared to be a technical problem, so he reported it to the OCP.
- After a while, Officer Stef will then challenge Ulysses to a fistfight. Ulysses will decline, and after a while, the player will get two choices: to stay “That is enough” or to remain silent. The player can select any of the choices. However, if the player chooses the first option, Ulysses will appreciate it. He won’t if the player chooses the second option. After a few bits of dialogue, RoboCop will mention that there has been a complaint about police ignoring calls. Ulysses Washington would then say that he felt something was wrong with the switchboard. He will then ask RoboCop to meet him at the dispatch room so he can show it.
- After that, the game will fade to black, and once it fades back, Ulysses and RoboCop are now in the Dispatch Room. Ulysses will say that the problem started when the OCP brought new equipment. He said he mentioned it to the technicians, but they said it was top-of-the-line. So, he will ask RoboCop to check it out. The player must then approach the switch and scan it. Through that, the player will find that the switchboard has been unauthorizedly modified. The player must then scan the radio receiver on the left, the middle handset, and the right input panel. Once that is done, the player will get another set of parts to scan.
- Following that, the player must scan the top right corner of the switchboard to detect the unauthorized modification. RoboCop will find that its cable looks out of place, so he will see where it leads. Approach the machine on top of the shelf on the left of the switchboard and scan it. Once that is done, aim at it, then press and hold the appropriate button to turn it on. Through this, RoboCop and Ulysses will hear recordings of the dispatcher cutting off the callers.
- Afterward, the player must now talk to Ulysses Washington again. To do that, simply turn around, approach Ulysses, and press the correct button to talk to him. RoboCop will say that the switchboard has been tampered with, and the calls are being patched to a concealed answering machine. Ulysses will then say that it is not all the calls, as he has received some. He will also say that he has marked the map with all the calls he answered, and RoboCop will find that one district is empty. Because of that, Ulysses will say they need to find out what is happening over there.
- Next, the screen will fade to black, and once it fades back, RoboCop and Ulysses Washington are back at the station’s lobby. Ulysses will apologize to Lawrence, saying he wants to visit his store and take Lawrence’s statement. Lawrence will then say he wants to see Ulysses there or report it to Mayor Kuzak. After some dialogue, Ulysses will ask RoboCop to join him after he finishes his other duties.
- Then, the player must leave the police station and head to the Downtown area. However, to do that, the player must take on and complete all the primary objectives currently available in the station. Once all that is done, the player can now leave. To do that, from the main area of the police station, head for the doorway on the northern side of the room. Head slightly forward, then take the next doorway on the right to head down a level using stairs. From here, head for the doorway on the right with the exit sign above. Head down another flight of stairs and approach the police car just ahead. Go towards the driver’s side of the car, then press and hold the correct button to use it and leave the area.
- After that, the player will return to the downtown area. Here, the player must now head to Lawrence’s fish shop. From where RoboCop parked, follow the street to the east through the tunnel. Follow the next path on the right, where the player will find Ulysses Washington and Officer Stef. A thug will shout at the police that they never should have come and they are gonna pay for it.
- Afterward, approach Ulysses Washington and press the appropriate button to talk to him. He will then say that multiple armed suspects have taken over the store with the owner inside. Ulysses will then offer to go as RoboCop’s backup. The player will have two options: to bring Officer Washington or Officer Stef as backup. The player can choose whoever they want. However, if the player chooses Officer Washington, he will make it easier to rescue the hostage at the end.
- Afterward, the player must enter the fish shop. To do that, the player must head through the door on the left side of the front of the building. Approach the door, then press and hold the appropriate button to enter the building.
- Next, inside the fish shop, the player must head for the door in the southeastern door of the room. Before the player gets there, many enemies will pop out from the door. The player will have to eliminate three enemies. Continue forward from the doorway towards another doorway, where there is another enemy. From here, head to the left, where the player will face more enemies. The player must eliminate three threats in this room.
- Then, from this room, head for the yellow doors east of the room. Approach the doors, then press the correct button to breach them. The player will have to eliminate more enemies inside. In total, the player will face around five threats. The player must then head towards the door on the southern side of the room. Approach the door and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- After that, inside this next room, the player must eliminate the threats inside. The player has to kill only two enemies in this room. Head for the yellow doors just ahead. As the player approaches the door, the player will be able to hear Lawrence talking to a guy named Vince. Approach the doors and press the correct button to intervene.
- RoboCop will then ask them to open the door with their hands up. From behind the door, Vince will say that the police are not supposed to be there. He will reveal that this is because the OCP is not supposed to interfere with this hood’s business. The player will then get three choices: to say, “I do not take orders from criminals,” to say, “What if I want Trouble?” or to say, “All I need is your surrender.” The player can select any of these choices. Vince will then say that he has a hostage and he will shoot him if RoboCop does anything stupid.
- Afterwards, RoboCop will breach the doors, and the player must eliminate Vince. Lawrence will then say that he was wrong about RoboCop and that he is more human than any of the people in the OCP.
- Next, the player must head back to the streets. Head back towards the door on the north of the room and head for the next doorway on the northwest of this next room. The player must then continue towards the door on the western part of the room and head down the hall. Lastly, the player must head towards the door on the western part of this room. Approach the door and hold the appropriate button to exit Lawrence’s Fish Shop.
- Finally, once the player is back outside, the player has completed the ‘Fishy Situation’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City!
Who Killed Simon Page?
The player can receive the ‘Who Killed Simon Page?’ secondary objective once RoboCop is back in the Downtown area for the third time. This is after the player visits the police station for the seventh time. Officer Kurtz and Officer O’Neal are the ones who will give the player this secondary objective.
To get and complete the ‘Who Killed Simon Page?’ side mission, the player must execute the following:
- First, the player must find Officer Kurtz and Officer O’Neal. The player can find them at the northern end of Broadstreet Avenue near the middle of the map. They are a little bit east of the building with the Cinema. The player will find Officer O’Neal and Officer Kurtz on the sidewalk in front of a black car. Once Officer Kurtz notices him, he will ask for RoboCop’s help. A cutscene will then start where Officer Kurtz says they have a dead campaign manager from Mill’s office. Officer O’Neal will then say the case is urgent, but they can’t examine the corpse. Officer Kurtz will explain that this is because the car is electrified and, with everyone on strike, there is no one to take care of it. Once the conversation is over, the player will receive the ‘Who Killed Simon Page? Secondary objective.
- Then, the player must investigate the car. The player can scan the headlights to find the bulbs burned out because of a short circuit. On the right side of the car, the player can scan the “MagnaVolt” logo near the top left end of the passenger side window. With this, the player will detect a failure of the MagnaVolt system.
- After that, the player must now deactivate or discharge the MagnaVolt. To do that, the player must approach one of the car doors and press and hold the appropriate button. Doing so will discharge the MagnaVolt’s battery. Once that is done, the car doors will open.
- Next, the player must investigate the interior of the car. The player can approach the side with the dead body and scan the body. With this, the player will have to find three clues. One of the clues that the player can scan is the rope tied around the neck of the victim. With that, RoboCop will detect that a sailor’s knot was used to tie the rope. The player can also scan the single golden earring on the front passenger seat to find another clue. One of the three clues the player can scan is the phone in the hand of the victim. With this, RoboCop will find that the last number the victim dialed is described as “the office.” Officer O’Neal will also mention that the place of the body is also interesting as it is less than a hundred yards from the victim’s office.
- Afterward, RoboCop will say he will check the office to see if the victim left a message. The player will then get four options: “Any witnesses?”, “Why is OCP interested in this case?”, “Why did you not join the strike?”, and “(Leave)”. The player can select the first three options to get more details. Once done, the player can select the last option to leave the conversation.
- Following that, the player must now head to Simon Page’s office. To do that, the player must follow the street to the west from Simon Page’s car. This street will eventually head to the southwest, and the player must go towards the red building on the right after the alley. Approach the door of this building, then press and hold the correct button to enter the building.
- Then, inside, head up the flight of stairs just ahead of the entrance to the building. Once up a level, the player must go up another flight of stairs on the right. Here, follow the path on the right to find a woman named Agatha trying to open a door. Approach Agatha, and she will say that she is Simon’s assistant. She will also say that they must wait for Simon Page if they want to go inside. After RoboCop asks why, Agatha will explain that she has a keycard issue wherein she has to re-code them every week, and sometimes newly encoded cards do not work.
- After that, RoboCop will reveal Simon Page’s death to Agatha, so he will ask if she or anyone else was in the office before Simon Page left. Agatha will reply that Simon Page always stays late and only the two work there. Before RoboCop could check the phones, Agatha would say they must first get inside. So, she will ask for RoboCop’s help for that. The player must approach the door to Simon Page’s office and press the appropriate button to breach it.
- Next, inside, the player must pass through another doorway just ahead and investigate Simon Page’s office. The player can head towards the desk in the southern part of the room to scan for clues. Here, the player will have to look for three clues. For one of the clues, the player can scan the monitor of Simon Page’s computer. With that, RoboCop will find that the computer is password protected. The player can also scan the documents on top of the desk. With this, RoboCop will find receipts for expensive gifts. For the third clue, the player can scan the notebook near the phone on the left side of the desk. Here, RoboCop will find that a meeting with a certain “G” is crossed out.
- Afterward, once that is done, Agatha will mention that RoboCop should check out Mayor Kuzak’s team. RoboCop will then ask who “G” is, and Agatha will answer that Simon Page is secretive, so he does not know all the people listed in his schedule. RoboCop will then ask about the receipts for the earrings. Agatha will say it was for someone named Gloria and realize that she might be “G.” She will then explain that Gloria is from Kuzak’s campaign office and Simon wanted her to change sides. Agatha will then say that she lives near here in an apartment opposite a basketball court.
- Following that, the player must head to Gloria Lindberg’s apartment building. To do that, the player must exit Simon Page’s office on the northern side of the room. Continue on the path, then head down the stairs on the left and another on the left. Once down a level, head for the door ahead, then press and hold the correct button to leave the building.
- Then, outside, follow the street to the east and take the next alley on the right. The player must follow this alley to the south until reaching a street. Once that is done, head to the east again. The player will find a brown door up a small set of stairs on the left. Approach the door, then press and hold the appropriate button to enter the building.
- After that, inside, head up the flight of stairs and head up another flight of stairs on the right. Once up a level, head straight on the corridor, then take the next path on the left. Follow this corridor and approach the second door on the right. Once near it, press the correct button to knock on the door. Gloria will then answer the door. She will say that she has nothing more to say about Simon Page besides that they are political opponents. RoboCop will mention that Simon Page died, to which Gloria will respond that she kind of liked him.
- Next, once Gloria asks on what basis she is involved, the player will get two choices. The first is “Evidence at the crime scene,” and the other is “You two had a relationship.” The player can select any of these choices, and Gloria will ask if OCP fabricated the evidence for both. She also mentioned that they were supposed to meet for business, but Simon called her office and canceled. RoboCop will then ask to search her apartment.
- Afterward, the player must investigate Gloria’s apartment. Here, the player will find an earring on the sink in the bathroom northwest of the apartment. The player can scan it and detect that it matches the earring found in Simon Page’s car. Also, the player can head to the closet in the southeastern part of the apartment. Here, the player will find a bondage rope that matches the one from the crime scene. The other scannable items in the apartment are the wine bottle on the table in the living room, the pills on the kitchen counter, the photo on the bedside table, and the notes on the desk in the bedroom.
- Once the player scans all the scannable items inside, Gloria will ask if she is under arrest. The player will then get three options: “There is no basis for that,” “Be careful what you wish for,” and “Having your freedom taken away is not fun.” The player can select any of these options. Gloria will then mention that Simon contacted her a month ago to join Mills’ campaign office. She will also mention that they slept together a couple of times. Gloria will also reveal that Simon’s assistant found out about them. So, she thinks that Agatha reported them and the OCP killed Simon. She thinks the OCP is afraid he might give Mills’ campaign details. Gloria will mention that Agatha blackmailed Simon to give her a promotion, but he fired her a week ago.
- Then, once RoboCop is done talking to Gloria, the player must return to Simon’s office. To do that, the player must head towards the doorway on the west of Gloria’s apartment to exit. From here, follow the path on the left and right to head down a flight of stairs. Turn left, head down some stairs, approach the door, then press and hold the appropriate button to exit the building.
- After that, outside, follow the street slightly to the west, then turn to the next alley on the right. Follow this alley, then take the next path on the left up a ramp. The player must continue following this path, which will lead northwest. Upon reaching the street, head towards the door of the red building ahead. Approach the door, then press and hold the correct button to enter the building.
- Next, inside, head up the stairs just ahead and, once up a level, head up the stairs on the right. The player must then follow the hall and enter the doorways at the end. Inside the office, the player will find Officer O’Neal and Officer Kurtz. Officer O’Neal will explain that no one was inside the office when RoboCop left. Officer Kurtz will continue that they’ve been finding Agatha ever since, but she couldn’t have left without them seeing her.
- Afterwards, the player must find Agatha Crane. To do that, the player must head to Simon’s desk in the southern part of the room. Here, the player will find a secret button on the top left of the eastern side of the desk. Scan the button and press the appropriate button to press the secret button. Doing so will make the shelf on the western side of the room move and reveal a metal door.
- Following that, the player must now open the metal door. There are two ways to open the door. The easiest method requires RoboCop to have at least Level 6 Engineering. With that, approach the buttons on the left side of the metal door, then press and hold the correct button to hack the locking device. The other method requires the player to find the code. To do that, the player must approach the computer on the desk and press the appropriate button to access it. Here, the player will find that the Panic Room code is 9584. After RoboCop reads it, approach the door’s buttons and hold the appropriate button to enter the code. Doing so will open the metal door.
- Then, once the door to the panic room is opened, the player must follow the narrow path. The player will eventually reach a room with Agatha inside. A cutscene will then play where RoboCop will try to arrest Agatha, but she will point a gun at him. After a few bits of dialogue, Officer Kurtz will arrest Agatha.
- After that, the player must now return to the streets. To do that, the player must head back through the narrow path to Simon Page’s office. Head towards the doorways on the northern side of the unit to exit the apartment. Follow the corridor, head down the stairs on the left, and down another stairs on the left again. Approach the main door on the opposite side of the room, then press and hold the appropriate button to exit.
- Finally, once the player is back in the streets, the player will complete the ‘Who Killed Simon Page?’ side mission.
Samantha’s Investigation
To get the ‘Samantha’s Investigation’ secondary objective, the player must arrive at the OCP Headquarters. This is after RoboCop explores the Downtown area for the third time. Samantha Ortiz and a guard will give this side mission to the player.
The player can receive and complete the ‘Samantha’s Investigation’ side mission after doing the following:
- First, the player must find Samantha Ortiz. To do that, the player must keep heading north when RoboCop arrives at the OCP Headquarters. The player will eventually reach the headquarters’ front desk with a large OCP logo. On the left of the front desk, near a flight of stairs, the player will find Samantha Ortiz talking to a guard. The guard will say that he knows that she broke into the security room and that she is planning something. Samantha Ortiz will then ask RoboCop to resolve their issue. The player will then get the ‘Samantha’s Investigation’ secondary objective.
- Next, the player must talk to them. Approach the guard and press the correct button to talk to him. The guard will say that there is a security breach that he needs to investigate. However, he has to escort the trespasser out of the building. The guard will then ask her to do the latter and then, once that is done, join him in the server room. He will then tell Samantha that he will check the security cameras and she should expect the police.
- Following that, once the guard leaves, RoboCop will confront Samantha Ortiz. She will then remind RoboCop about OCP’s plans for Old Detroit. The player will then get two choices: “Yes, a reminder will not hurt” or “No, I have a record of that issue.” The player can choose any of these options. She will then say that she needs to find the estimates for the ‘additional costs.’ So, she will ask RoboCop if he will help her get the records. The player will again get two options: “Yes, OCP cannot hustle innocent people” or “No, a data breach is against the law.” Whichever option the player chooses, Samantha will say that the relevant data is in one of the servers.
- Afterward, the player must go to the server room. To do that, the player must head up the stairs near Samantha Ortiz and then follow the hallway on the left. From here, the player must follow the next path on the right that leads to the northwest through a metal detector. The player must then take the next path on the right, where there is a door with a guard.
- Then, the player must approach the door, and the guard will ask for RoboCop’s help to open it. The player must then scan the lock on the left side of the doors. With this, RoboCop will detect that the electronic lock is malfunctioning. The player must then attempt to breach the doors. After doing so, the guard will explain that someone tried to get the data inside the room. He will continue by saying that the security breach caused the door to lock down. So, he will ask RoboCop to open them and to do whatever it takes to do it.
- After that, the player must then breach the doors. Approach the doors and press the correct button to breach them. Once that is done, the guard will say that he needs to reboot the system as the malfunction also shut down the nearby metal detector gate. Inside the room, the player must now examine the computer. Upon entering the room, the player must follow the path forward, turn left at the end of the path, then take the next path on the left. Here, the player will find a part of the server on the left with thick cables. Approach this computer, then press and hold the appropriate button to examine it. Once the player attempts to do that, the guard will tell RoboCop not to touch the computer.
- Next, the player must distract the guard so RoboCop can examine the computer. The player must head back near the server room entrance to do that. Here, the player will find the guard watching RoboCop. Approach the guard and press the correct button to talk to him. During this, the player will have two options: “Tell me about the conflict with your boss” or to leave. The player can select the first option, and the guard will say that his boss wants him to check the metal detector gate every time it beeps. This is now a clue on how to distract him. Select the second option to leave the conversation.
- Following that, the player must now use the metal detector gate to distract the guard. Exit the server room, follow the path on the right, head for the next path on the left, and continue on the next path on the left. The player will find the metal detector gate near the end of this path. Simply pass through the metal detector to make it beep.
- Afterward, the player must quickly examine the computer while the guard is distracted. To do that, head back to the server room and approach the computer from earlier. Once there, press and hold the correct button to connect to the computer. RoboCop will then download the data from the computer. Afterward, the player must quickly examine the computer while the guard is distracted. To do that, head back to the server room and approach the computer from earlier. Once there, press and hold the correct button to connect to the computer. RoboCop will then download the data from the computer.
- Then, once that is done, the player must return to Samantha Ortiz. To do that, the player must exit the server room, head for the path on the right, take the next path on the left, and then the next path that leads south through the metal detector gate again. From here, the player must keep following the path on the left. Eventually, the player will find a flight of stairs on the right. Head down the stairs to find Samantha Ortiz.
- After that, the player must now talk to Samantha Ortiz. Simply approach her and press the appropriate button to talk to her. The player will then get two choices: “Here they are” or “I cannot give them to you.” If the player chooses the second choice, she will still try to persuade RoboCop. Because of that, the player might as well select the first choice. Samantha Ortiz will then ask RoboCop to destroy the security footage. RoboCop will decline, but she only asks him to shuffle database records. She will ask RoboCop to recharge using the computer in the security room. The player will get two options again. The first is to say, “Whatever it takes to protect the innocent,” or “I will not do it.” Again, the player might as well select the first option.
- Next, the player must gain access to the security room. To do that, the player must head up the stairs near Samantha and follow the path on the left. The player must then head for the first glass door on the right. Approach the panel on the right side of the glass door and press the correct button to enter a code. Doing so will deny the player access. So, the player must now investigate the nearby area to find the code. The player must then turn around to find a poster for the OCP HR Team. Scan it to get the access code. Once that is done, approach the glass door panels and press the appropriate button to enter the code. Doing so will unlock the door.
- The player must approach the glass door and press the correct button to open it. Inside, the player must then approach the computer. Here, press and hold the appropriate button to connect to it. Doing so will shuffle the data.
- Afterward, the player must return to Samantha Ortiz. Head out of the glass room, take the path on the left, and head down the next flight of stairs. Approach Samantha and press the appropriate button to talk to her. She will then thank RoboCop.
- Finally, after that conversation, the player will complete the ‘Samantha’s Investigation’ side mission in RoboCop: Rogue City!

Approach the video store clerk and press the correct button to talk to him. He will just compliment RoboCop and ask if the city will compensate him for what happened to his store.
- Following that, once all that is done, the player must head back outside to the streets. To do that, the player can use the front or back exits. The player can find the front exit in the southwestern part of the establishment, just outside the main area of the store. On the other hand, the player can find the back exit in the back rooms in the western part of the establishment. Upon finding the exit, approach the door, then press and hold the appropriate button to leave the building.
- Finally, once the player is back out in the streets, the player has now completed the ‘Shooting at the Video Rental’ side mission!
Shooting at the Arcade
The player must first explore the downtown area for the fourth time to get the secondary objective of ‘Shooting at the Arcade. ‘ RoboCop will be tasked with completing several primary objectives in a chaotic downtown area. While doing these primary objectives, the new arcade owner will call RoboCop. He will say that buying the arcade from a bunch of drug dealers may not be the best business move. - Then, once the player has eliminated the enemies, the player must find and save the new arcade owner. Head straight forward from the arcade’s entrance until the player reaches the room with the “Ground Zero” neon sign. From here, the player must head towards the doorway on the western part of this room. Directly on the right beside the doorway the player just passed through, the player will find the door to the restroom. Approach the door and press the correct button to breach it. Inside, the player will find two more thugs and the new arcade owner lying on the floor. The player must eliminate the two enemies inside the room.
- Next, after saving him, the player must talk to the new arcade owner. To do that, simply approach him and press the appropriate button to talk to him. The new arcade owner will then thank RoboCop and assure that there are no drugs in the establishment.
- After that, the player must head back to the streets once all that is done. To do that, the player must head out of the restroom, head to the left, then through the next doorway on the left. From here, head towards the next doorway on the right and go through the corridor. The player must approach the door at the end of the path and then press and hold the correct button to exit the building.
