How to Get Johnny Silverhand Car – Cyberpunk 2077
After you reach the main story in Act 3, Johnny Silverhand will ask you to help him with something. If you agree, the Chippin In mission will start, so make sure you do so.
Then, you must go to the Afterlife party club after some time. Here, you will be asked to take some drugs as a pill so that Johnny can take over.

IMPORTANT: When you go to take care of Grayson, do not kill him. Instead, spare his life so you can take the keys from him.
