Diablo Immortal: Eternal Orbs Guide

Writer and Storywriter

MMORPG features several in-game currencies that players can use to purchase various items in-game. Find out how and where to use Eternal Orbs in this guide.

Diablo Immortal: Eternal Orbs Guide

Diablo Immortal has seven unique currencies, each with unique use cases in-game. For example, Gold primarily purchases equipment upgrades and items from certain vendors, while Platinum is used at the Market and other vendors in-game.

While most of these currencies can be found and collected in-game, others can only be acquired by spending real money and converting that into in-game currency. In Diablo Immortal, these are Eternal Orbs.

What are Eternal Orbs?

Eternal Orbs is one of Diablo Immortal’s premium in-game currencies that players can acquire by paying an equivalent amount of real-world money. Eternal Orbs are sold in bundles like any other mobile game currency and cannot be bought in custom amounts.

Eternal Orbs are primarily used to purchase in-store items such as Rare Crests, Legendary Crests, Reforge Stones, and cosmetic items.

How Much Do Eternal Orbs Cost?

As mentioned above, Eternal Orbs are sold in bundles. Below are the bundle deals for Eternal Orbs and their dollar cost:

  • 60 Eternal Orbs – $0.99;
  • 300 (+15) Eternal Orbs – $4.99;
  • 600 (+30) Eternal Orbs – $9.99;
  • 1500 (+150) Eternal Orbs – $24.99;
  • 3000 (+450) Eternal Orbs – $49.99;
  • 6000 (+1200) Eternal Orbs – $99.99;

Like other games that sell bundled in-game currencies, purchasing larger bundles will give the player extra in-game currency. For example, buying 300 Eternal Orbs will give the player an additional 15 Eternal Orbs, but buying double that amount will give the player 30 extra Eternal Orbs.

What Can I Buy with Eternal Orbs in Diablo Immortal?

Rare and Legendary Crests

Players can purchase Rare Crests or Legendary Crests with Eternal Orbs and use them to guarantee the chance of Legendary Gem drops in Elder Rift runs.

Be careful, though, as going for those Legendary Gem runs can quickly get very expensive.

Reforge Stones

Aside from Crests, players can also use the premium currency to purchase their choice of Reforge Stones from the in-game shop, which can then be used to re-roll the bonus attributes of upgraded gear in Diablo Immortal.

Players can use Eternal Orbs to purchase Reforge Stones directly from the in-game store or Yverius in Rakkis Plaza. The Eternal Orbs cost is the same when purchasing from either location.

Ironically, Eternal Orbs can be used to purchase another type of in-game currency in Diablo Immortal – Platinum.

Platinum is primarily used for the following in-game:

  • Creating a Clan;
  • Purchase Echo Crystals;
  • Purchasing Legendary Crests;
  • Extracting Charms for Skill Stones;
  • Purchasing Market items;

Platinum arguably has a more diverse use case than Eternal Orbs. Fortunately, players can purchase Platinum with Eternal Orbs from the in-game store.

Spend Wisely

Spending just a bit too much money on Diablo Immortal is easy. After all, the game is built on a pay-to-win endgame system where players with enough cash to spend on Legendary Crests will have a greater chance of landing a high-level Legendary Gem that they can use to dominate PvP and PvE.

Nevertheless, players will need Eternal Orbs to purchase Cosmetics, Legendary Crests, Reforge Stones, Platinum, and other in-game items. They can purchase them with real money in the in-game Store.
