Gears 5 Hivebusters: Chapter 6 All Ability Upgrades Locations

Gears 5 has always been a game that adds new content regularly, so you definitely cannot get bored with all of the new things being constantly added to it.

The newest DLC, the Hivebusters, offers one of the most immersive experiences the game has to offer. It has quite a few chapters, and on each one, there are many collectibles and ultimate ability upgrades that you can find.

Since they’re relatively well hidden, you can easily miss them while playing. To make things easier for you, we found every last one of the upgrades in chapter 6, and we will show you exactly where to get them.

Chapter 6 All Ability Upgrades Locations – Gears 5 Hivebusters

In chapter six, there aren’t as much ultimate upgrades as some of the other chapters in this DLC. However, since the game heavily relies on these upgrades, chances are that you would want to get them.

To make this as clear as possible, this guide will be split up into three parts for each upgrade respectfully:

Ritual Chamber

The first one is located in the Ritual Chamber, and it will be in one of the cave-like rooms. Since it is harder to explain, here is a reference picture of its location:

Look behind this statue, and you should see the room. The upgrade will be left on the ground. It is a Lahni ultimate upgrade, and it will give your Electroblade the ability to give you 100% Stim.

Broken Bridge

This one is not so hidden. When you reach the broken bridge, look for an upgrade on the ground on the first half of the bridge’s platform. More specifically, here:

This one is for Mac, and what it does is it gives him the ability to extend his Barrier duration with kills.

Twisted Tree Viewpoint

When you reach a viewpoint from which you can see a gigantic twisted tree, there should be a cave that you can explore. You will go in it as part of your mission.

Go inside and walk straight. Look for an upgrade on your right side. If you can’t find it, use this picture:

This ultimate ability upgrade will increase the resupply duration for Keegan!
