For those who don’t know, the Support a Creator program, is a program with which content creators and streamers can earn money, if they have a number of people who have supported them.
Basically, it works like this: the more people that support you, and spend money in the Epic Games store, as well as in-game stores, the more money you earn.
There is a new version of the program, and we will show you how you can get your own support a creator code.
Getting a Support a Creator Code on Epic Games and Fortnite
Before we get into the juicy details on how you can get your own code and start earning some money, you must be eligible to participate first.
Thankfully, Epic has lowered the minimum age requirement from last year and made it 13 years old, instead of 14 years old. Keep in mind though that it is still the same age requirement in South Korea.
If you have a pending or denied application for support a creator, then you will need to reapply for the second version of the Support a Creator program.
How to Apply for Support a Creator Program
You will need to head over to the official Epic Games Support a Creator program site to apply. When you’re there, kindly click on Apply Now to start your application process.
Make sure to check all of the requirements and codes of conducts before you actually do so. After you click the apply button, login to your Epic account or any account that you use and follow the instructions to finish your application.
You must make sure that you have a bank account, so you can create a profile on Hyperwallet and start receiving your earnings.
Those that are underage, must get their own parent or guardian to assist them with the application, and provide them with the necessary requirements.
On top of that, you have to have a decent following as a creator as well. In other words, you will have to have more than 1,000 followers on one of the mentioned platforms. If you apply, I wish you the best of luck.
