Omnics in the Overwatch lore have always been known to be peaceful, but now Blizzard is gearing up for the release of ‘Evil Zenyatta’ with Ramattra—the leader of Null Sector.

Overwatch 2 Counts Down to the Ramattra Gameplay Reveal

This weekend will have Blizzard releasing Ramattra’s gameplay, and we have an official countdown to Sunday, November 27. Check this out:

Here’s his official description:

Overwatch 2’s latest tank hero is Ramattra, a relentless omnic fighting for the survival of his people.

Overwatch’s first tempo tank, Ramattra combines various lethal playstyles as he transitions between his Omnic and Nemesis forms. Get acquainted with Ramattra’s ability kit in his Gameplay Trailer and get ready for his debut in Season 2 on December 6.

Like the official description suggests, Ramattra is a temporary tank, which means he can transform between two modes which can either help defend the team (Omnic Mode) or dish a lot of damage with the enemy (Nemesis Mode). With Nemesis Mode giving Ramattra a larger form, this does make him a bigger target—so watch out for things like Ana’s sleep darts.

Just like the rest of the heroes in the roster, we should expect Ramattra to be available down the line of the Battle Pass. Though Blizzard’s current model may have put a huge wall around receiving new cosmetics, at least they’ve been consistent with the heroes being available for everyone.

Overwatch 2  is currently playable for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4|5, and Nintendo Switch. Ramattra comes out Dec. 6.
